Hi,

Would like to ask if anyone having similar problem with me.

Just installed MAXIS-ONE HOME FIBER few days ago...
*Then, I did a fresh install of my OS...
When I install back my antivrus KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY, the LAN are down/disconnected...
When I disabled the antivirus, the LAN are back online...

What should I do?

*Note: Even before the reinstallation of my OS, also disconnected

M.2 NVMe & SATA III

Hi,

I'm currently owned a Ryzen system + ASUS Crosshair VI Hero mobo... and using SSD and HDD only.
I'm keen to use a M.2 NVMe as my boot drive in near future.
This mobo has 1x M.2 (Gen 3.0 x 4) slot and 8x SATA III slot.
I'm curious whether by using the M.2 slot will reduced the amount of SATA III slot available to me?

Previously, I was using an MSI mobo on socket LGA 1150...
When I use the M.2 slot, the mobo will can't use the last SATA III slot (SATA_6 being disabled).
Will this happened with this mobo and Ryzen system?
Has anyone using this mobo and M.2 slot share your experience.

Help are much kindly appreciate. Thanks.

USB connection issue

Hello,

I have a bit problem on my 4th rig at home. It equip with this hardware:-

• Z97 motherboard
• 4790K (OC'ed 4.0GHz)
• 16GB memory (not OC)
• GTX 960 (not OC)
• 620W seasonic bronze PSU
• 2x HDD
• 1x SSD
• 1x usb wire keyboard
• 1x usb wireless mouse

All of those hardware are home inside a NZXT S340 chasis.

The problem is with my USB 3.0 connection on the chasis front port.
As you know, there are 2x USB 3.0 port on the chasis... usually, I plug my mouse usb dongle on one of it.
Whenever I try to use the other available port on the chasis, there seem to be a loss connection or slight malfunction on it.
Most of the time, the problem occur when I plugin a USB 3.0 device like a card reader /external HDD with USB 3.0 connectivity.
When I do that, it either freeze my mouse cursor (or the cursor will start to lagging/delayed in movement whenever I try to move them) or even worst my keyboard not working.

Was it because it got not enough power from the mobo?
I check the front usb 3.0 slot on my mobo, but there were no bent pin or what so ever...
I even check the usb 3.0 cable (blue cable or black cable on my case in this chasis) for any sort of physical damage like cut or anything.
I even undo all OC'ed on other hardware, but it still occur...

Has anyone have experience this kind of issue? or anyone has any slight idea what was causing it?
