Hi,

I saw there is a launching of new project in Taman Sri Putra Mas , namely "E-park residence".

The selling price of the properly starting from RM 345/spft at 1335spft. The price seem really attractive and affordable for middle class people.

I would like seek advice from anyone regarding this project, in the area of following:
