old condo in Mont Kiara worth to reno?

Hi Sifus,
Recently got an offer to buy an old condo 1300 sqft in mont kiara for RM650K, however entire piping need to change, flooring might need to change, kitchen cabinets is a goner, toilets also need to reno..... will u all go in to buy it?

Ive never done such massive reno for an old condo b4.... so can any sifu can advise if i should go in to make this purchase?

in dilemma for this situation

recently wife's family came visit and brought along her mom, brother and his wife..... so i treated them to a short holiday out of KL..... they were down for a week or so......all was good but after they went back....my dilemma started.... wife started to get emo and booked her self an air bnb for 2 nites sort of run a way frm home..... till i have to call n persuade her to come back home...

So im sure u and all the guys r curious what happened.... apparently she says i treat her bro's wife better than her..... becoz her bro wife's got some chinese blood in her..... we chinese treat chinese better...... my wife is thai btw. Im like WTF???!! with this it escalates to world war 3.... sighhhh...

So in my mind i treat all visitors the same doesn't matter if ur white, black or yellow..... how did i end up in this situation??? any advise how to deal with this dilemma?

Singapore hawker food sucks!

Ayam was visiting SG last week...... tried their hawker food and to my surprise almost 70% of the hawkers stalls are run by PRC nationals.....no wonder their food sucks nowadays..... ayam visited SG 30 yrs ago..... n their hawker food is tasty n yummy and not as bad as today. These PRC nationals can open hawker stall in SG really eye opener for ayam..... the amazing thing is food not nice but got long que...... LOL apa ni?

Maybank Partnership Acc- just leave it or close it

Hi need some advise, me and 2 other partners had open a partnership acc few months back but have not use the account since so it has zero amount in it. So Maybank had start charging us rm10 service fees every 6 mths. So is it better that we close the acc or just leave it? Some banks will automatically suspend the acc after 1 yr if not active....is this the same for partnership acc???

Can't seem to find this thread in low yat forum, so creating this for ppl to share latest updates n experiences.

If u need to apply for LTSVP/ Spouse visa for your foreign wife or foreign husbands then u will most prob will need to apply for a STO appointment with JIM.

Firstly there are a few famously notorious JIM in Malaysia namely:
1. JIM Shah Alam/ Selangor (they are the same)
2. JIM Jln Duta, KL
3. JIM Putrajaya

So these JIM (Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia) above are mostly packed to the brim.... that shows how inefficient our JIM is till today - Aug 20222.

As usual if u need to apply for STO, u will need to head on to this site: http://sto.imi.gov.my/STO/booking.php

And for me, i have been trying for a few days now.... still can't get any appointment.... also tried using chrome browser, edge browser, all the same results.....yayay u will be wondering got diff meh using diff browsers? LOL even mobile vs laptop also got diff i read some where from the Foreign Spouse Visa FB group.
