Buying online from Kinokuniya

Hi guys,

Just wanna know your experience in ordering from Kinokuniya online.

I just put in an order for a book from them on Monday.

They send an email saying that it will dispatch in 5 working days.

Which courier do they use and usually takes how many days from ordering to shipping.

One more thing is, when I order that time, it says in stock at fulfillment center, but when I search the book today it says available for order from suppliers in2 weeks.

However, today I login check my account they said 'Available, picking stock from our store'

What does this mean?
