I'm a gen-x. If you're gen-y pls clear my head bout few things that I don't understand

1. sucky work attitude
few interns complained to me their supervisor didn't delegate task properly and that caused to work overtime. Damn it's not bout task delegation problem, they complain because they had to work overtime. When there's no task did u guys complain why no task given? no because u can watch youtube in the office!

2. day dreaming a lots
asked me bout which property good to buy walao u want a sugar baby so badly?

3. must move in group?
I assign one boy go and take something from a company, he gave many excuses saying no data on phone, area problem etc in the end i have to assign someone to go with her. Wadui must make u both same 1 salary liao

headache managing gen-y in work, not sure what happen if one day they didn't get what they think they'll get, gen-y and gen-x has a big gap!

why adult hardly learn new stuff

For a product to succeed (means people willing to pay), there are 2 critical factor involved 1) How ur product can reach to the crowd 2) How ur product can be the better one compare to others

These 2 factors are the bridge to the problem that you're trying to solve. That's it! Don't overthink coz most of the money made by these 2 channel.

CTO should realize how painful it is to let developers to do repeatable things. Can stop adding new modules for awhile? can we first get boilerplate and documentation done first? hell I'm sick of stupid code and shit dev environment. Good luck to your new future developer.

I think I'm quite lucky, 5 years had passed and I got my second job as a product manager. My advise for fresh grad is don't give up too early, it's called a job not you're on vacation working for someone, u gain trust by putting your sweat into it. I saw many few fresh grad like to hop job, I wonder why..
