Received a call from the respective Maxis center on the re-swipe on installment payment. And i have went back to the respective maxis center and re swipe again. Maxis has started to charged me the installment payment on 14 June 2015. Fine. But the original amount of 2.5k is not been reversed as at to date. Can someone advise me on this ? cos now it appeared to me that Maxis is double charging me for the phone.
