My friend just received a lawyer letter to attend court pertaining to the accident happened 2 years back. A motorcycle hit his car and was motorcycle fault by according to the police report. Unutilised sinking fund for subsale condo

Hi guys, my sis bought a subsale condo and now is going to collect the key.
But before collecting the key, her lawyer asked her to pay the unutilised sinking fee around rm1.8k to the seller.
And I'm wondering why need to pay as this amount should be paid by the seller (maintenance fees + sinking fees).
Kindly seek your advice whether this amount need to pay ?

Car accident. Different report statement

Hi guys, kindly seek your advice.
A van hit behind my car.
We went to make accident report and made consensus that van is willing to pay the saman and admitted he hit my car back.
But when I buy the saman report, I found the different statement, van mentioned that me suddenly cut into his lane caused him trying to break but ended up he couldn't break in time then hit my car.
I have my car cam that the van was behind my car in the same lane all the time until he hit my car.
The accident result will be only available after 2 weeks.
So now I just wait for result then only take further action ?

Canbus socket is missing in my car..

I have a Honda CRV year 2014. Previously driven by my parents and they went to change the head unit as the original head unit was spoiled.

Now I bought a new android headunit and the head unit came with canbus.
When I installed it, I realized that there is no canbus socket in my car to fit the new android headunit canbus socket (as attached photo).

Is it possible the accessories shop removed the car original canbus socket when my parents sent for repair last time?

Can I reinstall back the canbus socket in the car?
