So company decide to downsize and terminate employees.
Background:
Sort of Finance Management Company
Outsource dormant company account hence downsize & terminate 30% of employees
Full time employee, Work for 3 full years
No warning letter/ performance issue

Termination benefits offer:
1 month (4 weeks) notice on 15 Dec 2021, last day 15 Jan 2022
15 days Salary

Not sure if clause 2 (b) from link below apply to my scenario:

1. Suppose to be minimum 6 weeks notice period? If only 4 weeks, do I entitle for anything more?

Base on clause 6 (1)(b) of EMPLOYMENT (TERMINATION AND LAY-OFF BENEFITS) REGULATIONS 1980

Need hlp clarifying Umobile power prepaid+UMI

Lets say I only need data for 10 days, so I brought this umobile power simpack and reload RM10. So for Rm18.5 I get 1gb+200mb of data for 10 days?

If I get UMI20 for RM20, I get 1.5gb of data for 30days, but is there any simcard fee charge (extra charge)?
or I still need to get a power simpack and subscribe to UMi 20, for RM28.5 I get 1+1.5gb of data for 30 days?

PS: I choose Umobile because only umobile have line there, last two year use Altel n Digi, no line..

[Solve] Can gv suggestion of DMG deal?

Hi all Sifu in k/ . This is my 1st post in F&F section. Though I hope it will be an happy one but sadly it's not . If i post in wrong section do let me know as I was hesitating to post whether in Kopitiam or here.

As per topic description, I kiss someone butt just now at noon when wanted exit from junction. Well, it my fault for not noticing the driver in front still blm keluar from junction. I was paying attention toward the incoming vehicle while letting my car move on 'D' itself. I expect the driver in front already keluar from junction since the incoming vehicle is still consider quite far away from my perspective. But than 'bang' that's when I notice he still in front of me n my car tercium his kancil butt . The damage as seen in the attachment below. I think it's quite serious.

So I hope fellow sifu sifu in k/ can help me determine the estimate dmg that will cause to my wallet. Since both of us still student, so decided to settle personally. I had shown the pic to a knocking n spraying shop. He quoted me as below:
RM80-New bumper
RM40- Remove and replace installation
RM 2xx- 3xx plus- Just for the paint.
Frankly speaking, I think he tengak ketuk me. Bty my location is in Penang, Butterworth. This minor accident happened in Kulim Hitech area. So hope knowledgeable k/ can provide some guidence with this such as bumper repair/ replacement shop and budget painting. He mention his car is kinda old d (pre facelift kancil 850, the old rectangle shape headlamp), so just want to make it seem like no cosmetic dmg only.

TLDR Version
-My car hit infront punya Kancil (Old Model) butt
-Request guidance for bumper repair/ replacement and paint
-Preferreble are is Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam, Kulim

Settle d. After looking for shop for whole day. Found one that willing to do for RM290 which is acceptable for me. RM80 for bumper, RM170 for paint and RM80 for knocking + labour. But the kocking part and evertyhing not so serius. So the kancil owner and I try to nego thn hit RM300, last effort deduct another RM10. Luckily the kancil owner also steady, didn't blurp out angry and even help me find shop. He also tried to look for shop which have 2nd hand bumper but unfortunately none available. Funny things is we actually become frd and have a long conversation after send his car for bumper replacement. Previously my car kena hit and run twice so I know the frust whenever other driver run away. So I tried to do my best to solve this problem. Hope no more accident in the future cause it cost a bomb to my wallet. Have to postpone plan to upgrade from my S7500 to a better phone. Peace
