RM3000 Travel Centre Consultant (Cantonese Speaking)5 Days Work

Responsibilities:
• To attend to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products via inbound calls & emails.
Salary:
RM2500 + Commission + OT ( Up to RM3k or more during travel peak season)
Requirements:
• Required language(s): English, spoken Cantonese, written Mandarin
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shift basis, Weekends & Public holidays.
• Rotation shift: 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 1pm-10pm & 4pm-1am.
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest/ break time.
