General function:

Program Manager is the person who handles (analyzes, plans, organizes, controls Compliance Marketing, Tele Marketing, Market Research and any other project that the company offer and sell to the customers.

Specific functions:

* Plan resources (human and logistical) required for the development of the projects and work with the areas responsible for get it.

* Control of the project: Generate indicators of progress and to make periodic evaluations.

* Submit to the client the periodic status reports and take actions to compliance with the parameters and objectives of the project.

* Working proactively looking for alternatives to correct problems identified to get the objectives of the project.

* Register and control of project costs. Provide periodical reports to the General Management in relation to the financial results of the projects.

* Make quotations for new project or clients and follow-up to the opportunities.

* Make analysis and report of projects closure and submit the results to the General Manager. Include operational and financial perspectives.

* Work with the Processes Manager to define, monitor and adjust the processes related with the projects in charge.

* Work with Data Analysis Leader to define all reports required for the projects.

* Ensure the timely billing of projects. Check that projects invoices are paid on time by the client.

* Build the cost reports for projects.

* Resolve any conflict or performance issue of staff in charge.

* Generate performance and absences reports for staff in charge to submit them to HR.

* Ensure that staff in charge have all logistics required to execute their functions.

Other requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Science & Technology or equivalent.

* Required skill(s): management, communication, negotiation, leadership, product licensing, MS Excel.

* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

* Full-Time position(s) available.

* Salary range between RM4,000-5,600 (Depending on qualification/experience)
