Hello guys..wanna ask for some help..

I have a problem when connecting mobile data especially when also connecting with wifi, or from wifi to mobile data.

I do some searching, many suggest to check APN (checked,ok) and manual selecting network operator. I got the Pic 1 screenshot..why there's LOCK icon at Maxis?..I'm using Altel, and as I know Altel also shared some with Celcom, not maxis.

When I check *#*#4636#*#, GRPS status connected, but still got "!" with no Internet access. Pic 2.

The only ways that work by restart phone, go airplane 1st. Really annoying..
