Last time during my TARC college time, I applied KOJADI for continue my BA Degree
I remember we (student and parent) need to buy small amount of share to eligible to apply for the loan.

The amount to buy the share deducted from the money we get. Student need to buy RM100, Parent RM1000 if I remember correctly.

More than a decade have passed. I almost forgot about it.
Any one sold their share after cleared the debt? How to do it?
Don't get much info from their website.

Dog vaccination

is the vaccinate the dog take annually as booster same (type and dosage) with first vaccine?

My sister took her 3 adult dogs to the vet for vaccination this morning but she didn't tell the vet one of the dog never vaccinated before, this is her first jap.
Then the vet proceed to give them the annual vaccination.

Now she worried when I say, first jap and 3rd jap same vaccine meh?
While waiting for the vet to reply her, I also curious for the answer. And vet /k here can confirm?

Laser hair removal

Within 2 weeks after the treatment, the hair will drop they say.
But before it naturally drop, the hair come out easily when lightly pull it. Like it's already broken from the beginning.

Will pulling the hair out makes the laser treatment lose effectiveness?
Tangan gatal keep pulling it out after the first treatment.

Now the 2nd treatment, try to restrict myself to touch it.

(Facial) Hair remover cream

I brought one for sensitive skin, palmer brand.
Instruction write leave it for 3 mins, add 2 mins if the hair not dissolve yet.

Tried for the first time, wait for 3 min, have a little sting, and burn sensation. Immediately wash it away.
I apply for upper lip btw.

Is it normal to have sting feel?

And since I did not follow instruction to add another 2 mins, the hairs still not removed.

Hello guys, wanted to learn more about that place. Can't find much info about it online.

I'm researching for affordable agricultural land near Ipoh, saw a posting, in kampung bali.

Is anyone familiar with that place?

Wanted to check a few things:

a) Is the area have history of flooding?
b) Is it a safe / peaceful place? (Robbery, thief, wildlife attack, landslide)
c) Saw a forum posting talk how quiet, dark and creepy at night to travel from kampung bali back to ipoh (old posting 2012), is it still the same now?
d) What are the major population there? Malay, Chinese, India?
e) Any local good food recommended? =)

Dog hair to pore stuck with black stuff

My sister sent me pic of her husky. The dog stomach fur look like this. She tried to remove one with tweezer, the head of the hair also like stuck with dirt.

Brought the husky for grooming also can't remove it.

Anyone know what it is? And how to remove it?

I have 5 dogs myself but never encountered something like this before.

For so long the class stopped, no one dropping by, someone trying to STEAL YOUR STEEL WINDOW FRAME to sell.
It's already left 2 screws hanging there according to my old parent. Sooner or later your house will missing all the steel frame.

My house frame are long gone. Stolen. You better hurry and go back take a look.

Looking for technician in ipoh

Or you are a technician yourself, who are near Ipoh parade area?

With the MCO extended, the TV broken at the bad timing. The elders at kampung nothing to do, no TV summore.
Hope can find a technician to come over to check what's the problem. the tv light blinking red light.

If can't find, probably gonna get a new one, delivery also another issue.

Android phone play video no sound

I having problem with my phone. When playing fb video, youtube and nexflix, all video no sound.
But when playing games, tabbing sound, notifications all have sound.

Anyone facing this issue before?

Tried with cable earphone, the same.
But with bluetooth earphone got sound when playing video

Update:
Did nothing, leave it for a week. Now don’t know why got sound already.

New spec make me dizzy

I just got my new spec, new power prescription and first time wearing big frame.
My power have increased a lot since the last checking. Increased 100+. It's increasing so much that I'm abit hard to believe and thinking it might be wrong.

I understand that I might not used to the new prescription and feel dizzy whenever I wear it. I'm wearing contact lens at work, go home wear spec.
My contact lens still old one so I have to adapt to different power every night I go home.

So my question, is it normal if wearing big frame, if your eye peek to the left/right is out of focus? not clear?
I can read text wearing the new spec, but only when I look straight. Its not a multi-focus lens. Just a regular thick lens.
