Advice in approaching my crush after ex death

Preamble

As written in the title, I had a hard time letting my ex go because she passed away 4 years ago in a car crash. It was 1 of the most shittiest thing that I ever experienced. We were in a relationship for about 8 long months before she got into that fucking accident. It happened on 2019.

I've since been having my sessions with therapist and things have been improving. Its difficult for me to just let go (of her death & memory), I tried my best but wounds don't heal that easily. Things have been going okay-ish and I try to let bygones be bygones. It's a work in progress and it's been doing ok.

Me w/ my crush:

To get into the point of this post, I've been flirting/keeping in touch with a lady that's been working near my office/workplace. She's great, fun to be with. While there were a few tensions (think eye contact, stares, giggling at my bad jokes), she's quite shy/introvert and hasn't asked me out yet. And I've confirmed with her group of colleagues that she's still single. I've been having good time with her, but we mostly hangout after-work with both of our colleagues. I've never felt such peace/happiness since the death of my ex approx 4 years ago.

Dilemma/Issue:

Now here's my dilemma:-

1. If I wanna take action, I guess should it be now? Because it's approaching new year and from what I've heard around the grapevine, there are a couple of new employees who've been joining her company, and her close (female) colleagues privately told me that there's a new guy in her office who seems to fancy her. My crush is very timid/shy, so I doubt she would formally ask me to go out for a date, even after her colleagues egged her. Wondering if I should take the first move?

2. Secondly, this is more of an issue on my end, but I'm personally afraid of moving on. Embarrassed to admit, but it seems like I failed to honor my ex's memory since I would just forget about my ex if I just moved on. I know, 4 years is quite some time, but there were times where I'm wondering what would my ex be thinking if she's able to see me right now, the way I am? I hope I don't move on too fast, because I worry I'll just forget my ex entirely, does it make sense?

3. Thirdly, this is highly irrational, but I worry the same issue is gonna happen again, where I lose my very loved one, in this case my ex due to accident/terminal diseases etc. I've told my therapist about it and he said I just gotta let go - easier said than done for me. I'm afraid that if I get to find love again, I'll get the risk of losing her to bullshit accident/terminal illness. Either that or I die first and she'll get sadden by my passing. Your thoughts about this 3rd dilemma of mine?

ayam nowadays got addicted to eat Ramly burger, quite tasty(imo) and cheper compared to mekdi masta race...

ayam will usually buy like 3 bungkus in one meal,....since more than weeks liao it happen(not every night dinner, but out of 1 week, will have burger as dinner for 4-5 times per week...)

guys, can you recommend headphone/earphones that can be used in a long time??

ayam earphone always keep on rosak,, mine is the typical(the one that they give when you buy a new smartphone punya.)

my wanted criteria is able to use in longer term in PC/laptop, since i rarely used it in outdoors/jogging etc... don't wanna buy those that easily damaged one...thanks

ayam daily meal budget:-
daily in between RM5 - RM10

morning
-biscuit
-kopi(homemade)

evening
-usually homemade kopi

night/supper
-nasi kandar(ayam goreng + rice + kari + kacang)
