They are highly sought especially those came back from top schools because good branding, international exposure, highly potential. Many foreign grad with low demanded degree(history, arts, international affairs) able to secure very competitive job with this reason.
Is better than u get 4.0 in local schools and many professional cert....

Guys can give me a fresh graduate idea how to break into equity research role?

I graduated from local government business degree instead of Finance and just did one local investment fund research intern only.

I have been applying related role but yet to receive any offer.....
