Panama Employment Visa

I am planning to apply for a work employment permit for Panama. I've done some searching on Panama embassy or consulate in Malaysia, apparently the consulate is no longer in service.

Would like to know if there is any alternate solution to apply a work permit? Is it through agent?

Switching industry due to health issue

Im a recent graduate in ChemEng and landed a job in manufacturing company and the pay is quite above average i would say. But currently I felt stressed out not mentally but physically on the harsh working environment due to my health issue, has to carry heavy stuffs, walk like 8-10k steps per day (around 6-7km) and contacting with heavy chemicals in the production line.

I had a major abdominal surgery 4 years ago in which doctor not recommended me to carry heavy load after my recovery and also I have skin allergy issue as well.

Now Im kinda confuse what route i could go with my degree since most of the option would related to harsh environment. I have consider semicon industry as well but they prefer E&E/IT graduates more so i stand very minimal chances of entering to the industry (literally got called from the HR and suggested me to take a production supervisory role instead coz im not from E&E...)

At my current thoughts, I would most likely give up engineering position (studying engineering is fun, but working as an engineer with my condition is another story...) and go to banking/finance as my last resort, but not sure if the industry welcomes me with my current background or not and unsure of how to transition into the industry.

Should i stay longer to get experience? or switch out immediately... Also, I dont like my current jobscope and dont think that I'll continue doing them in my future career. Any guidance/advice would be great...

Place selection for first job.

Good day all,

I'm a fresh graduate living in Ipoh just got offered a job either in Klang or Ipoh (they allow me to choose which place I desire to work in). Same company, same position, same jobscope, same salary package.

Well, since i'm fresh graduate, I've compared some living cost in both cities, living with my parents I'm able to save up ALOT and able to help them out with utilities/groceries etc, if go to klang then gotta spend more on accommodation instead.

Just wanted to get some opinions from y'all that which place would you choose if you are in my situation? U know there's saying like take a bigger leap go out to other city and explore, step out of comfort zone, bigger city for bigger advancement/growth, etc.

Any calisthenics pros here can help me out?

I've been training for static moves like planche, front and back lever for like 6 weeks.

Currently at the plateau state unable to progress further. I can do tuck planche/high hip tuck planche, high hip tuck planche as well as tuck on front and back lever as well, but it seems rather hard to progress to advance tuck.

Initially i do believe i lack of core strength, I've been doing lots of hanging leg raise, dragonflag hold (~10-15sec). At the end of training, Im also using resistance band to aid my training by performing full lever and hold as long as possible. But feel like it is just not progressing at all.

Please help a brother out, and how long does it take for you to master the mentioned static skills?
