question about cardiac muscle

Like skeletal muscle, the cardiac or heart muscle is known to get stronger with more physical activities and resistant.

On the other hand, is it also known that higher cholesterol is bad for the heart.

Is there a discrepancy here?

If higher cholesterol narrowed the arteries causing the heart to work harder, why can't the cardiac muscle of the heart adapted to the resistant and get stronger instead?

PC keeps killing second disk drive

previous second storage disk:
1 1tb hdd -used for about 1 year (2020 - 2021)
1 500gb hdd - used not even 1 month (2021 dec - 2022 jan)
both have same problem, at first often disconnecting and reconnecting until later files become corrupted and disk unreadable.

tried changing sata cable but same problem.
switched sata port, same problem.
tried connecting externally with disk docking station through usb, same problem.

suspecting power supply issue, so i tried connecting 3 disk drives at once, all disks were running, no signs of power failure.

Finally gave up hope on hdds and bought another ssd for second storage....only to encounter similar issue again

currently using 2 disks:
1 ssd for main boor disk (operating fine, more than 2 years using)
1 ssd for second storage disk (just bought 1 month now got problem)

details of problem for second ssd:
Last night suddenly received notification "smart error".
Very slow loading when tried to open file in this ssd.
Later can't access, in my PC still show disk drive letter but no stating of storage. Is this the description of "Raw disk"?
restart PC, things turned normal, check file system and scan for disk error but found no error.
Minutes later same problem.

Today morning back to normal. But i guess same problem going to recur just like what had happened to my 2 previous hdds.

Any help will be appreciated?

how to know which product has sweetener or not?

some people said low grade dates/ kurma usually add sweetener but their sweetness taste almost the same to me. Noticeable difference mostly in texture and aroma.

some cheap red dates also doesn't taste as sweet as the more expensive one.

for health sake, how can we be sure which one to buy to avoid those extra sugar?

please also share your experience on which brand/types of kurma and jujube taste best?

disk cloning question

One requirement for cloning disk using external docking station is that the target disk size has to be bigger than source disk.
Question is:
if i intend to clone bigger size disk to smaller or equal size disk, will expanding the unallocated partition/reducing useable partition of the source disk made it be read as smaller size?

problem when reducing brightness

Is the Tv board damaged?

Noticeable only when brightness and contrast are lowered.
Furthermore the white areas still remains quite bright even after brightness and contrast are very low, resulting in unpleasant glaring.

how to recover corrupted compressed file?

having problem with one of my rar.
when opened got error message "corrupt header is found"
some files in it goes missing, and one of the image file became half blurry.
the total size of the rar (from properties) shows bigger volume than all the accessible files inside it.

already tried repair archieve using winrar itself but it only made new copy of accessible files and did nothing about the missing ones.

tried third party program like remo recovery tools but only trial version and doesn't allow completion of recovery process.

any help?

cpu overheating

temp shows my pc like overheating but it works fine and smooth?

it doesn't seem to be sensor problem cause it feels really hot when touched although not to the point of burning pain.

if i watch video cpu temp can rose above 90c.

Any advice?

Dangerous wildlife in residential area

Today saw a brown color snake about 1.5 meter long near my neighbor's compound.
After telling neighbors they all came out searching but the snake hided no where to be found.

I fear if they found it they would beat the snake to death.
I also heard bomba have a reputation of mistreating such animals if they found it to be potentially venomous.

Which department shall i call so that no one dies?
