MBPJ Saman for illegal parking need to pay?

Hi guys. I’m just wondering if I need to pay my MBPJ summons. 3 months ago I temporarily stayed at Centrestage PJ for 2 weeks and unfortunately my unit didn’t provide me with any parking. I went to management to ask for parking they say don’t have, so I asked them how cause I already got 1 saman on my first day parking outside. (Illegal parking by the road side, with a lot of other cars too). So management asked me if it’s MBPJ or JPJ saman, and I told them it’s MBPJ, which then they said I don’t have to pay because it’s not linked with JPJ. Which I believed.

3 months later (today), I received a letter from MBPJ asking me to pay, saying that if I don’t pay within 14 days, court proceedings will be instituted against me.

Do I need to pay now? I intend to pay eventually but not now, I’m waiting for the annual discount then I pay. But this letter caught my by surprise. I need your help and advice. Thank you everyone

Looking for monthly parking at Centrestage PJ

Hi all just trying my luck here. I will be staying at centrestage until 1/9. But my unit doesn’t provide parking. I wanna rent but they don’t have anymore parking available. Visitor parking costs rm44 per day(ridiculous). And I’ve been summoned 2 times in 3 days parking outside:( any help? I asked management but they can’t help as they don’t rent out parking.

Summons for dangerous driving

Hi guys. I got into a minor car accident 2 months ago. It was my fault and I was fined by PDRM for dangerous driving. I checked MYEG, it’s a RM300 fine. But the fine said I have to go to Mahkamah Majistret PJ on 24/6/2019, or if the offence is compoundable, pay at any PDRM summon outlet before 17/6/2019 (today). Must I go pay today? If I don’t pay and if I don’t go to court? Will anything happen? I’m planning to pay in the future, but now I’m out station and I can’t pay online too cause I can’t receive TAC number for online payment.

If I don’t pay today do I have to go to court in 17/6? And will the amount be higher?

Anyone experienced replacing MacBook Pro battery?

Hi guys.

I'm thinking of replacing my MacBook Pro battery myself (MacBook Pro 15" Mid-2012, non-retina). It costs RM450+- for battery replacement in shops. It only costs RM200+- if i buy the battery from Lazada and replace it myself. I have the tools and I've seen youtube videos and it doesn't look that hard.

Has anyone bought batteries from lazada and replaced the battery themselves? How was it and how did it go? If not lazada, then where did you buy your replacement battery? Or do any of you have any (not to expensive) experience when it comes to battery replacement for MacBook pro? please share it with me.

Which car should I buy with RM130,000+ budget

Hi guys. I know nothing when it comes to cars. I am a guy and I have no knowledge about what car is good and what car is bad. I’ve done some research on which car to buy and I’ve shortlisted 3 cars that’s around my budget (RM130,000+-):

Honda Civic: initially i wanted to get this but I didn’t because I realised there’s too many Honda civics on the road. So I’m having second thoughts

Mazda 3 sedan: this one is also nice. But I’m not sure also

Volkswagen Jetta: right now there’s a big possibility I will pick this car. But i haven’t decided yet.

Which one do you think I should get? If you have any suggestions on other cars please feel free to let me know. I prefer sedans over hatchbacks or cars like the Honda HRV.

Edit: I mean I don’t like cars that are shaped like the Honda hrv/hatchbacks.

What happens to no. plate if don't renew roadtax?

Hi guys. I want to know what happens to my car number plate if I dont renew my road tax and insurance. I cant find details online. I wanna call JPJ and ask but my prepaid phone expired, can only call tomorrow.

Will the number plate still belong to me(registered under my name) if i don't renew road tax?

If anyone knows or can help me call JPJ and find out that will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Proton saga service. Where should I go?

Hey guys,

I bought a 2nd hand proton saga last year. Few weeks ago one of the headlights don't work anymore. And yesterday, when I'm about to make a uturn, I felt that my car won't turn even though steering already turn, and there's a sound coming from my tyre like the sound caused by friction and the road. I wasn't driving fast and I did brake when u-turning. After this incident I went to my parking to test out my steering and everything seems normal but still I'm worried so better bring it in for servicing.

So now i wanna bring my car to service but I dunno where to go because if I go to autoservice shop I might get scammed because idk the price. (because I'm not from west Malaysia)

So I just wanna ask,
1) should I go to Proton's authorised Service Centre or nearby autoshop/car repair shop? And what's the difference?

2) around how much will it cost me? To fix one of my headlights and for servicing

Hi I'm gonna take an uber to KLIA1 later to take my flight that departs at 9:05pm. Boarding time is 8:30pm. I live near damansara utama, but I don't know what time i should leave the house? Because it will be jam around 5-7pm. Waze says journey takes 50 mins, but I dunno if it includes jam. What time should I leave my house?
