Evicting a Recalcitrant Tenant

Hi Guys,

How much does it cost to hire a lawyer to evict a highly problematic tenant? Normally, how long would it take?

The tenancy agreement with him has expired and its on an implied renewal basis. I want to kick him out but I seriously dont think he will leave.

I havent given him notice yet but this tenant is highly problematic and very experienced in 'playing games'. Every month he would bank in less than agreed rental deducting for small wear and tear items and if I were to call him, he would start shouting on the phone. Threatening me with all sorts.

I wish there was no law so I could beat the hell out of him but there is law in the country u see so my hands are tied. As such I may have to resort to legal action but I heard that it costs a BOMB just to evict these people

Need Advice! Regarding Apple App for Ipad Mini

I used to be an Android tablet user and I just acquired an Ipad mini. I use my tablets to cast youtube movies to my TV via Google chromecast.

With my Android tablet, there are Apps that screen & filter out Youtube video full movies ( e.g latest movies, Chinese full movies, English Full movies, latest movies, HD movies, etc) and it is very easy for me to watch free full movies on my TV via my tablet's apps.

Now that I have switched to Ipad Mini, I went to Applestore and cant find any apps that do the same. The apps just filter out latest youtube videos, short clips, jokes, comedies, trailers etc but not full movies. I know i can search for full movies via the search field but are there Movie apps that group full movies together and sort according to genre?
