            <title>Penalty on Termination Maxis Wireless Broadband</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had terminated my Maxis Wireless Broadband plan on 22/05/15 after I had subscribed to Maxis Fibre Broadband which has a faster speed and unlimited access.&lt;br /&gt;However, during the termination, I was told by Maxis customer service staff that there is no penalty incurred on the termination as long as I have returned back the phone and modem in good condition.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please note that both the phone and modem have been returned in good condition.&lt;br /&gt;However, in my latest bill, I was still being charged RM100.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Account No. : 1508639117&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(011)12417192 Fixed Wireless Internet 12GB Peak/36GB Off Peak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please assist to check as I am not supposed to charge any penalty. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regards,&lt;br /&gt;Maxis Postpaid and Fibre broadband customer</description>
