Sensitive Item Air Freight Charges
WM & EM Air Freight = Normal Item Air Freight Charges + RM20 (1 time charges for 1-10kg, additional RM2.50/kg will be charged when item exceed 10kg)
Singapore Air Freight = Normal Item Air Freight Charges + RM25 (1 time charges for 1-10kg, additional RM5.00/kg will be charged when item exceed 10kg)

Weight will be rounded up for charges.
Example: Weight is 0.2KG, counted as 1KG; 5.6KG, counted as 6KG; 1.6KG, counted as 2kg

Volume Metric Weight Formula:
(Length x width x height) / 6000 = KG

Example 1:
Actual weight: 5.2KG
Volume Metric Weight: = 30cm*30cm*30cm / 6000 = 4.5KG

Actual Weight / Volume Metric Weight, Choose the heavier weight. In this case, it is 5.2KG. Charge is based on 6KG.

Exmple 2:
Actual weight: 5.2KG
Volume Metric Weight: = 35cm*35cm*30cm / 6000 = 6.13KG

Actual Weight / Volume Metric Weight, Choose the heavier weight. In this case, it is 6.13KG. Charge is based on 7KG.

When parcel/s is to be received, please open and check the items in front of the courier service individual.
If something went missing, please ask them to check and sign the MISSING ITEM SLIP and do not sign the RECEIVED ITEM SLIP.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.Price stated does not included tax and duty.
2. Order will be proceed only after 100% payment is received from buyer.
3. Once a buyer confirmed order and made payment, refund / return and other issues will not be accepted.
4. If the product is out of stock, 100% refund.
5. If fraud happened/ the seller is a “conman”, buyer may not get back the money. So it is advisable to choose your items with reputable sellers or else please choose it wisely and carefully.
6. The quality of goods is not within our control. It is the buyer’s duty to determine the quality of the goods. We are not responsible for any quality issue.
7. If the goods are lost in transit, damaged, or due to seller’s mistake on quantity, colour or models, we will not bear any losses. But we will try our best to help you trace it back.

14. Full payment must be made within 48hrs once you confirm your order. We'll place order after receiving your payment. No last minute back out is allowed.
15. We are acting as a middle party to order from Taobao for you. We held no responsibility for the below:
- quality of goods.
- loss or damage of goods in the course of delivery from China to Malaysia & from us to you.
- incorrect item sent by Taobao seller.
16. If item losses during delivery, we will not refund or take any responsibility on your parcel. But we will try our best to help you trace it back.
17. We reserve the rights to cancel the order in the case of the item is out of stock. Full item price will be refunded.
18. Once you have made the order, it means that you have agreed with the term and conditions noted.
19. Items that are out of stock may not be informed immediately due to unforeseen circumstances.
20. As for fabric items, workmanship, size, colors may not look exactly the same which are shown by the seller. We are not responsible for it.
21. All goods sold are no returnable/exchangeable.
