Hi all, need advise for budget dac. I have edifier r1280db bookshelf speaker and wanna improve the sound further. Thinking about getting a DAC for it.

Mainly using the speakers for movies and music. Connected to astro uhd box via optical and xiaomi tv box via aux..

Any suggestion guys? Currently looking at Fiio K5 and Topping mx3..

Laptop recommendation for work

Hi all, need suggestion for laptop. Gonna buy a new laptop for work and personal use.

Saw Dell inspiron 5402 within the range but its consumer laptop. On the other hand also looking at Lenovo Thinkpad. Will use it about 8 hours per day. Please suggest what would be the best within the budget.

Most laptops within my budget either using I5 10th or 11 gen and AMD 4500U.. Kinda confused which processor is better too in long run.

PS : not doing any video editing.. Just office 365, salesforce and personal use such as watching movies and listening songs.. Recommended spec is 15inch screen, 8gb ram, i5 or equivalent processor and SSD

Hi hifi lovers,

Im new to home hifi world, planning to buy budget hifi system below rm 2k range.. Due to MCO im unable to visit any stores therefore searched through google and hifi forums. I have breakdown into 2 sections, amp and speakers. Ill be fixing this in living room for music and movies.

Greetings LYN members,

My mother sign up a insurance plan with XXX company for her and myself in 2011.. And made the payment via cheque to the insurance agent with company name as payee.. Recently went to the insurance company to check about my plan and find out it was terminated on 2015 due to no payment for one month..

But the agent collects the cheque every month.. i feel something wrong happening.. So what should i do? Pls advise..

As per topic, which tire size is suitable to avoid fender scrap?

It only happen when go faster on uneven road.. funny thing is its only scrapping on left rear side

Pls advise me sifus.. or is there something else which cause the problem?

Btw i did roll fender, change absorbers (oem), spring (oem) and put buffer but still happening..

Hi folks, after some years of researching and learning from mistakes finally done a complete basic sq setup.

HU : Clarion cz703
Speakers front : morel maximo [passive]
Rear : jbl cs6
Amp : Helix DB4
Mono: Re Audio dtx 1600.1
Sub : 2x RE Audio rexv2 SMDC
Soundproof : STP 2 layers
Wiring : normal RCA and Aura for front staging.

Each items bought and installed in various shops. lastly installed the amp at EA Autoworks and tuned by Howie.. Enjoying the music now. Question is if i want to upgrade to next level, what i need to do? My dream is have a nice intermediate SQL setup with HI End stuffs which can compete in any competition like EMMA but not extreme setup.. looks simple yet performs very well..

Hi lyn members,

Looking for a new phone to replace my current Asus zenfone 2 ze550kl model after 2 years of usage. These 3 phones caught my attention.

Tested Oppo camera and its pretty good..Digi offering J7 prime FOC for existing post paid customers upon recontract.. And redmi note 3 gives premium spec with cheaper price..

What will be the best phone in term of performance, camera and battery life.. Or any other phone can be a better choice for the 1.2k price tag.. Feel free to share your opinions and experiences guys

btw how much it will cost? and known issue after done roll fender? or is it a good thing to do?

reason is using 16 inch rim ( personal preferences and using stock spring with stock abs ) and tire sagat when carry plp..

im driving 2012 saga flx 1.6 model. recently having problem whereby my car crank few seconds longer to start. what are the possible causes for this problem?

Already checked the battery ( 1 1/2 yrs old dry cell ) still got sufficient power according to chargeman what else should i check further before/ when going to workshop..
