I can't find this model in Honda Malaysia website. Is this new Honda Civic Hybrid?

Stay away from Celcom when you on roaming

I was shocked to see my December bill was charged with amount of RM38 for gprs roaming charge. I double check my phone with data roaming all the while is off and my phone data usage for Celcom sim card is zero. Today I have a on line chat with Celcom CS and this is how they treat the customer which I find it ridiculous by simply said the charge it valid without any investigation and cannot open case if usage is more than 20kb.
