            <description>According to my knowledge,Maxis Fibre is under TM right?&lt;br /&gt;Thus,if I want to change to Unifi 30.Do I need to do the whole installation setup again like pull the line from outside into house or we can use the same line as Maxis Fibre?&lt;br /&gt;Hence,they can just simply change the router and plug the old line and we&amp;#39;re good to go.&lt;br /&gt;Anyone who change to Unifi 30 from Maxis Fibre 10 Mbps?Can you please tell me your experience?</description>

            <description>Is Maxis company going to collapse?&lt;br /&gt;They told me there is a connectivity problem between Maxis and Sing server.But then I realize not only the connection to Singapore is lag,even the speed test also a problem now.This issue occur in every second,as I said,is every second.Slow browsing,high ping,not stable and disconnect,looks like Maxis really well done in their Fibre job.I am a 10mbps user but I can&amp;#39;t even watch video on YouTube smoothly.Is Maxis going to stop their Fibre service soon or what?This network really annoy,they also said this problem is occur more than 5 month,but still not willing to fix it.</description>

            <title>Maxis love postponed their work</title>

            <description>About a year ago,I have reported the high ping issue to Maxis.But at that moment the ping is stable at 80~85,they tell me I can play smoothly without problem. Yes,I can play without problem but can&amp;#39;t you improve your connection?I report everyday, until now.They only want to do the work when the issue become worst. All I can say Maxis is totally LAZY. But nevermind,it seems like one of a Telcom company(MyRepublic) is coming in with a package RM60,100mbps.At this moment,they are just waiting for the permission to come in. If everything go well,they expect they can launch this in the end of 2015 or in the early of 2016.Be prepared to jump ship &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>

            <title>Can Maxis really do something?Unusable internet</title>

            <description>The internet services supply by Maxis getting worst and worst everyday,customer care do not care about their customer.We actually come here post for nothing.&lt;br /&gt;I been communicate with Maxis since May via gmail,in total,we been communicate with 123 email.Until now,it is still on going.Since May,the internet never improve but become worst and worst.&lt;br /&gt;Today is my boiling point,in game ping not even spiking.It just stay at 500++ ping.The whole game,40 mins I do nothing and get scolded and hopefully,I get banned.&lt;br /&gt;This communicate company only know how to plan for earn money,never try to fix their major problem.I can make sure that I am not the only one who face to this problem.&lt;br /&gt;Look at the thread below me.All of the topic is negative,none one of that is giving compliment.This problem is not only at the night.Even evening,morning and 3.00 a.m. also.&lt;br /&gt;In the past,Maxis say they are doing retification at night,then I ok.You don&amp;#39;t tell me you are doing the retification whole day whole night.LIES everywhere.You were doing nothing&amp;#33;&amp;#33;It&amp;#39;s been 5 months&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;How many you months you want&amp;#33;&amp;#33;Enough giving patience to Maxis.USELESS,NEVER EVER WANT TO IMPROVE.&lt;br /&gt;Going to change plan to Unifi.Even Unifi is much expensive than Maxis,but their customer care was much better than this BULLS****.Also,they don&amp;#39;t have much problem on their service.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Advise to those who are going to sign Maxis Fibre Plan,&lt;br /&gt;         If you want a cheap service but not a quality service,then go on.If you are willing to pay more to get a better service,do not think about Maxis anymore.Maxis is not worth to give them chance anymore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Is Maxis doing the QoS control?&lt;br /&gt;I am using 10mbps,but I can&amp;#39;t multitask(like gaming and listening to online music) with this internet service....&lt;br /&gt;Really bad...&lt;br /&gt;Get this experience about 5 months...&lt;br /&gt;Before this,I was able to watch youtube with 1080p on three different computer that connecting to same internet smoothly.&lt;br /&gt;But now?Even the speedtest result I get 9mbps, but I also only can single task==&lt;br /&gt;More than one online activity,the whole internet jam...&lt;br /&gt;Router is already changed by the Maxis Worker,problem still here&lt;br /&gt;I believe that it is still a lot of user is facing the same issue&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When will be the finish time of the rectification??&lt;br /&gt;It is like the work you guys working on will never done==&lt;br /&gt;How many months I been waiting for??&lt;br /&gt;You still need how many months??             <description>I have been facing to slow internet connection for a long time&lt;br /&gt;I remember the internet lag from May until now&lt;br /&gt;The connectivity issue is still remain the same and some time is worst then before&lt;br /&gt;The speed can go to 0.01mbps sometime&lt;br /&gt;especially when gaming,When I playing league of legends,I get 100ping most of the time but my friend who using Unifi only 18 ping</description>
