The story is that got this one girl in my department got pregnant again just after giving birth on May last year.. As usual when they got baby in their stomach of course they need to go medical checkup and sometimes taking sick leave due to their hormone or whatever... My problem is all her tasks now has to be completed by me and other colleague when she absent from office.. I cant imagine how hectic our works when she be on maternity leaves for 2 months.. We each has our own time schedule to completed..

The thing is, last time got ppl pregnant in office still tolerable since we got more staff.. Now the company has reduce its staff early this year due to bad economy (fuk u Jibby).. I am lucky as got some major contribution in last 2 3 project so got saved from being axed..

So, want to ask /k opinion if those on maternity leave should receive half-salary only.. i not so kejam to terminate or stop their salary during that time.. But you should get paid for what you work for..

So anyone know anymore company that has the same business scope as Ninja Van?

I order some things from Lazada last week and notice the delivery guy came by a normal Myvi and not from some big courier company (GDex, Citylink, etc).. So i ask what company he working for and he said Ninja Van.. Got curious and try to apply to be their delivery boy but has been 4 days still no reply..

I'm kinda have a lot of free time this day and wanted to try doing part time Courier. Maybe can spend around 5 hours a day doing deliveries in Penang..
So anyone know if there are anymore company offering part time courier job please inform me..

Ayam think dis a dangerous act not only towards accident but for the baby health too cuz of the smoke from other vehicle..

Ayam opinion is dat parents who cant afford a car shouldnt take their child on their bike or shouldnt have child until they can afford a car..

Then, how about us in private sector? We pay the tax no incentive gain at all?
