Need /k advice

I'm going to rent new house soon
But the agent told me on top of deposit fee, i need to pay RM350 for stamp duty cost

When i'm googling around, the actual cost for stamp duty is just RM39 for 1 year tenureship and each copy agreement cost RM10 setem from LHDN

In my calculations it supposed to be:

Stamp Duty: RM39
LHDN: RM10x2 agreement
Total: RM59

If she ask for RM100 i'm ok with it but it's RM350

Did the agent is a liar or i'm wrong in my calculations?

Hi All,

I've made booking with Popular deadly airbag Japanese car showroom somewhere in KL as the SA1 giving me very nice rebate and high value to my previous car. During the initial discussion with the SA1, I've clearly mentioned to the SA1 that I will make the loan by my own with Maybank and he agreed with it. He also tell me that I can use the rebate amount as downpayment of the card. Who not happy with this deal right?

So I proceed to pay the booking fee RM700. On the next few days, my loan with Maybank approved and I informed the SA1. He said he will proceed to submit my loan to other bank just to try luck if i can get lower interest rate. Unfortunately my loan with Bank A unsuccessful (I don't know the real reason because when I ask the SA1 he said he will check with the bank office but never come back with the answer).

I tell the SA1 just proceed with my approved loan from Maybank. Next day, he call and tell me that there's problem with my booking. He tell me that new policy from bank negara not allowing me to use rebate as part of my downpayment. So I told him I'll pay the downpayment (10% from discounted price) and will adjust my loan with maybank. But he said it will create so much problem yada yada yada. He even promise me to discuss with his management if he can skip the rule for me.

After 1 week without any updates, as he keep avoiding my call, I already fed up with the SA1. So I proceed to go to other Deadly airbag Japanese car showroom to validate the SA1 story bout the rules. The SA2 told he can help me if i really serious to buy car from him. I am serious. So I contacted the SA1 to inform him that I want to cancel my booking and want my booking money back.
The SA1 told me he will proceed to make the cancellation and inform me once it done. I even request for screenshot that he has cancel my booking in the system.

1 week later, I find out that the other showroom can't handover my new car to me because the SA1 hasn't cancel my booking in the system yet.
So after few maki maki call, he cancel my booking in the system but he claim he already submit my cancellation and my booking refund week before. Luckily, I don't have trust anymore to the SA1 so I call the showroom to check weather he has really submit my booking refund request or not. And yes, he hasn't done it yet

After another round of maki, I check with the clerk and she said the SA1 just submit my request with cancellation reason - loan not approve. However he submit the request without official letter from the Bank A saying that my loan is not approve and they can't proceed to make the refund she said she going to chase the SA1 to get the letter.

after 2 weeks, I call the showroom to make followup with the clerk and guess what, the sohai SA1 hasn't provide the official letter from the bank yet. Since I really pissed off, I make a call to the Deadly airbag Japanese car HQ to make complaint. However, they said the can't do anything and ask me to liaise with the shoowroom Sales Manager. So I call the shoowroom and log complaint to the Sales Manager against the SA1. and guess what, after 1 week, he also MIA, I give a call also no answer.

anyone got suggestion how to get my booking money back?

Finally, i got the best deal from Honda SA

I go to other Honda Showrom and the SA willing to trade my myvi for RM29,000.00 and he offered me rebate of 9k instead of 6k which I don't have to pay anything to get the car

The jazz comes with standrd free gift (umbrella, full tank, smart tag etc)

But I don't know to choose which color, either black or red

Firstly I would like to apologize for my bad england

I've been maxis loyal customer since the past 9-10 years ago. However they just screw me up.
I was on Maxis iValue Plan 2 before I decided to switched to MaxisOne plan.

On 12 April 2016, I contacted maxis via their webchat just to test my luck if I can void the penalty charges by switching to the other plan within maxis.
I've been entertained by maxis customer service guy name Josh, as per screenshot below
He told me if I'm about to switch my plan to MaxisOne Plan 128, I'll be charge for the termination/cancellation penalty of RM 329.16 as my contract on iValue 2 plan will be end on 7 sep 2016. However if I switch to MaxisOne plan 158/188, the penalty charges is not applicable (see Maxis reply at 3:07 PM) .

So, I agreed to switch to MaxisOne plan 158 and my new credit limit is RM 500.00. My bill cycle is on 10th day on each month

However, yesterday I'm shocked receiving notifications from maxis stating that I've already reached 70% of my credit limit. Wadafak .

I checked my bill this morning and I found out that under the other charges section, they still charge me for the termination/cancellation penalty.

I feel like been cheated and scammed by maxis. Can i log complaint to skmm or not? Or where I can seek advice to resolve this matter.

Hi All,

2 month ago my employer has made my position (position A) redundant and ask me to serve the company until December 31st. 2 weeks after receiving my redundant notice, they've arranged me for an interview for internal opportunity - Position B (fyi, I don't even applied for that position). Few days after attending the interview, HR guy informed me via email that I've succeed for Position B and they will provide me with offer letter later.

After long due, Last week I received reemployment letter from the HR which is for my current position - position A. WTF???!!!

First they made me redundant in Position A, then arranged me for interview for Position B, now they re-employed me back to Position A. The redeployment process is just "hey u just been reemployed back, here is the letter.."

No offer letter for AT ALL either to accept or reject the redeployment. They make me like desperate beggar who really need a job

Can i bring this to the court?

Am I being manipulate by my employer?
