PC not booting up. Not even POST

Hi,
So I just built a new rig with the following specs and everything set up great with windows installed and all. So I handed off to my friend which is the user and just after 1 week+, she called me up to say the PC doesnt boot.

Problem description:
I press the power button, the PC doesnt show any visuals at all (not even POST). HDD and fan running. No beeps to be heard.

What I then did was just unplug everything off including the CMOS battery and RAM, and put it back and somehow it just started working again miraculously.

1 week+ has passed and the problem happened AGAIN. This time, there was totally no power going through to the motherboard at all. I would suspect it to be the PSU but lo and behold, unplugged everything except for the monitor and PSU cable and it worked.

I cant pinpoint what is the problem because it happened on 2 times in the span of 1 month. They use the computer every day but they are very light users. (web browsing and documents). The only things that are plugged into the PC are:
-printer (which was absent during the first occurence)
-usb speaker (which was absent during the first occurence)
-logitech wireless dongle for keyboard and mouse
-TP link wifi adapter

I'm cracking my head to find out whats the problem as it just happens randomly.

Could it be weak CMOS battery?
Inconsistent RAM voltage? (using normal Kingston DDR4)

FYI, the PC specs are as below:
Intel Core i3 6100
Kingston 8GB DDR4-2133 x1
Asus h110m-k ddr4
WD Blue 1TB HDD
CM Elite 2 550W

Low water pressure from water heater?

I live in a condominium and I'm on a very high floor (above 15). I have an elton 818 water heater installed and after 3 years since we moved in, the water pressure of the water heater is VERY low. The tap is strong as ever. Do they come from different source? Can someone tell me where the problem lies? I turned the water pump of the heater to max but it is still very low and due to the weak water pressure, it produces a very weird sound. Please help if you have any info.

Manual Port Forwarding on DD-WRT WRT54GL

Hi,
I'm trying to configure the router to port forward manually but it does not seem to work. The UPnP works but when I manually enter and save the ports I want to open it does not work.

Im connected to Unifi bridged through the stock DIR615 router TM provided.

Do let me know if there are any stats that you wish to obtain to diagnose the problem.

I just wanted to ask if the thread view has changed. I came back a few days ago to find that the replies of a thread are hidden and showed in a "tree" form like those of a windows explorer. I'd have to click on the one by one to view the replies. Is this a new feature? How can I switch it back?

Thats my blog. I have been keeping track of the visitors of my blog since it was up few months ago. It has always been more visitors than page views in the first 2 months. Now, it has more page views and feeds than the number of visitors. I'd like to know why is it so? Previously, theres only like 3-5 feeds per day. Now, theres like 75 feeds per day and 130+ page views but only 30 visitors.

Can somebody enlighten me on how to analyse the stats? thanks Oh and some tips on driving traffic would be great too

I cant seem to find a way to transfer the contacts from my Nokia 5800 to blackberry curve 8520. I exported the contacts on the Nokia PC Suite to .CSV but cannot import it in Outlook. I also couldnt get N97 and X6 to connect bluetooth to my bb. Are there any ways? Thanks

OK here's the summary. Unread PM turns read by itself.

Further explanation:

I woke up today to find that there were 3 unread PMs which only appeared as 1. While I was reading 1, the other 2 had the "unread" thing on my top right corner. Then when I finished replying the first one, the other 2 were gone, which meant it all became read PM.

Is this a glitch? Cant provide screenshot as the unread became read after I refreshed the page.
