            <description>Hi guys,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the rental income from a property is RM 300 / month [ RM 3600/year ], do we still need to declare the income? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is there a limit for rental income ? i.e. the rental income must be a minimum of RM 1000/month, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What if there&amp;#39;s no tenancy agreement in place? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just read from &lt;a href='https://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-guides/rental-income-exempted-income-tax-malaysia-11868' target='_blank'&gt;https://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-gu...-malaysia-11868&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and got to know that the below Expenses Can Be Deducted From Rental Income In Malaysia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assessment tax&lt;br /&gt;Quit rent&lt;br /&gt;Interest on home loan&lt;br /&gt;Fire insurance premium&lt;br /&gt;Expenses incurred on rent collection&lt;br /&gt;Expenses incurred on rent renewal&lt;br /&gt;Expenses on repairs and property maintenance&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate a reply and thanks in advance.</description>
