/k, I need your views please.

My tenant's car normally park outside the condo coz she do not want to rent car park RM100 per month.

She just get saman coz parking at the roadside. Since now there are no one renting the carpark, she plan to borrow owner's card to access the parking. She will not park at the RM100 car park and will park at the visitor carpark. She cannot get the visitor parking card since she is renting for a long time.

If you are the owner, what would you do? So far there are 2 tenants. They plan to share the card by putting it in mailbox

Disappointed with my friend, who do not know how to protect herself.
Went out with a married ex-colleague alone.
The pervert told her about his wife not able to have babies.
Told her he may be wanna get you as his 2nd wife.

But my friend keep saying he is a good guy. With no such intention.
Wtf, who on earth will suddenly ask you out and told you this kind of family stuff. How on earth you are so ignorant. 😤

1. the parking space has no other car beside you
2. no one has moved in yet and its lonely
3. you didnt know your neighbours
4. the security guard let anyone go in and electronic security key is not activated yet

Do we start paying Management Fee

As per title.

Received letter from developer to pay management fees but I have yet to receive my VP.
Because I am late buyer and documents still pending at lawyer side.

Can we request to start paying management fee after receive VP or will have to pay management fee anyway since the unit is ready? FYI, other owners already got their VP. The property is serviced apartment.

Story goes like this.

Big boss want to organize an Away day to strengthen bonding among colleagues. But since now economy not good, company has no budget, so everyone has to pay on their own. I am newbie, so I was "selected" into the committee to organize this event.

Boss forced to go for site visit, and have to pay on our own. Want to have this event far away, petrol and tol for site visit already RM100. And forced those cannot go to also fork out money to sponsor others that are going. And at least have to sponsor ~RM100 coz want to have hamper, lucky draw, BBQ, karaoke, teambuilding games etc etc. If not later those going have to spent more to cover the cost.

If no money then no need to have these events la. Want also to organize, want face. If don't want contribute then tell others ppl this person is so calculative.

Is it right to hit the brake at yellow light

New driver here...

Drove to work as usual at the right lane, and I hit the brake at the intersection when light turn yellow...
Almost got hit by a car following close behind... Scary

Driver worked at the same place as me, and scolded me for hitting the brake...
Need advice from experienced driver, what am I supposed to do when lights turn yellow?
I just need to be safe while driving

I found strangers selfie in my dropbox

Hi guys, need help here!
I have lost Samsung S4 on 23 April 2014 in my workplace and the phone had set dropbox back-up for the photos taken.
Today, I found out stranger selfie in my dropbox.
COULD THIS BE THE THIEF? IF NOT, WHY HIS SELFIE APPEAR IN MY DROPBOX?
What should I do?

PS: I didn't report police for the lost of my phone, and I have a lot of important information inside.
Please help me if I can retrieve the phone? and how to ensure he didnt misuse my information...
