Trump impeachment: US president to face trial

Donald Trump has become the third US president in history to be impeached by the House of Representatives, setting up a trial in the Senate that will decide whether he remains in office.

The House voted on two charges - that the president abused his power and that he had obstructed Congress.

Both votes fell along party lines with nearly all Democrats voting for the charges and all Republicans against.

As voting took place, President Trump was addressing a campaign rally.

He told a cheering crowd in Battle Creek, Michigan: "While we're creating jobs and fighting for Michigan, the radical left in Congress is consumed with envy and hatred and rage, you see what's going on."

The White House released a statement saying that the president was "confident that he will be fully exonerated" in a Senate trial.

The proceedings on Wednesday began with members of Mr Trump's Republican Party calling for votes on procedural issues in an effort to frustrate the process.

That was followed by a vote on the rules to be set out for the impeachment, which kicked off 10 hours of partisan debate on the merits of the two impeachment charges against President Trump.

My next lot parking always park at my spot, he just bought a new car , no chance to tell him. But I complained to security and they locked his car. He went to bising at security, saying that I did not put any car no. on the wall to reserve my spot.

Takkan SPA never tell the parking lot and he pretend dont know?

Last month we received a notification from TM Stated that our internet bill would be reduced from RM130 to RM69 sept onwards

Yesterday I checked the bill and TM live chat it says internet RM69 + RM30 unifi TV = Rm104 including tax

I did not subscribe to unifi TV nor aware of this before I was using streamyx, this is forcing their package down my throat la..

In the first place if they told me the price is reduced to RM99 I wouldn’t feel cheated.

GEORGE TOWN, Aug 15 — The Penang State Government is still looking at various options on the mode of public transport deemed the most suitable for the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP)

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the state government has yet to decide which mode would be most suitable, be it light rail transit (LRT), monorail or other options.

“We haven’t decided yet. Even the LRT conditional approval states that has to be an elevated system. It is in the condition. LRT can, monorail also can,” he told reporters after opening the Penang Signature Gold Fair (PSG) 2019, here today.

He said this when asked whether the state government has decided on the mode of public transport for the PTMP.

The PTMP is a state-initiated project costing an estimated RM46 billion and features an undersea tunnel linking the island to the mainland, highways, LRT, monorail as well as extensive bus connectivity on both the island and the mainland.

Earlier, Chow in his speech said that he believed the PSG Fair and its various programmes provide a good platform to explore new local and international gold trading market as well as create greater trading relationships with delegates from other nations.

He said the increased number of the delegates from as many as 17 countries was a yardstick of how far the industry was growing.

“I have no reason to doubt that everyone will continue to work hard for PSG to remain as the one and only unique sourcing platform for the professional gold industry in Southeast Asia.

“I believe that the PSG Fair will only grow further for many years to come,” he said.

The four-day fair starting today is jointly organised by Elite Expo Sdn Bhd and the Province Wellesley Gold & Silver Ornament Merchant Association and is aimed at gathering local and international traders all over the globe to educate each other about gold and its value. — Bernama

While we’re working in normal companies paying PCB non stop,

There are people who operates car wash, pancing udang, bengkel at the same time, with income 10-20K per month not having ssm/tax payment and nobody will come for him.

Sometimes i feel really unfair, but no guts to start the biz
