Learning piano

I've just started learning piano through an adult piano class. So far my teacher is focusing in teaching me how to read from the sheets etc.

I wonder how do we learn to play by ear? Or will it come naturally after we mastered playing according to the sheets?

MRTA confusion

Dear all,

I'm a first time home buyer, applying for my home loan.

The banker told me that my interest rate is 4.50%, with 5 year MRTA, premium is 2000

When I asked whether the interest can be reduced, he said can appeal 4.45%, but it has to come with 15 year MRTA, premium is 6000

Which should I take?
