Hi guys, any Mazda cx 8 or alphard sc user here ?

My 3RD baby is coming soon, and I’m not a car person. Pls let me know which car is better for my needs

1. Current children are 3 and 2 years old. Newborn is coming next year march .

2. My main concern is which car can put 3 baby car seats and my wife can still comfortably move around / jaga the baby .

Also, which car is better to drive ? Which car is more powerful ?

Is Mazda better in terms of pick up since it has turbo ?

1. Implement gst immediately , everyone pay tax when they purchase something. Those who evade tax will still pay 6% gst when they spend.

2. Instead of categorising us T20 B40 M40.
The filthy rich people, 500k annual income above (tax 45%)
The rich people, 300-500k annual income (tax 35%)
The comfortable income, 150k - 300k (tax 25-30%)
The poor people 0-149k (max tax 10%)

3. Let everyone enjoy subsidy minyak , let everyone enjoy subsidy electricity.

4. Anyone who caught evade tax more than 100k, jail immediately + Penalty 300%.

5. Anyone who caught bribing . Death immediately

Maxis 4G coverage issue

Any maxis user here experiencing network issue / no coverage at certain area ?

I have been using maxis for 20+ years. Am familiar with their coverage, almost all the places I visit will have no issue for the past years.

But recently I keep having no coverage for MANY different area. Is this my phone issue or everyone is having same issue ?

My question is
1. What if rafizi has evidence of Hisham / wks/ any elected mp that involves in corruption ? Can he reveal them? By revealing they will lose support

2. What if bn suddenly pull their support and do a Sheraton 2.0?

3. If ph criticise Bn wrong doings, they will be labelled as criticising “own member”

4. What if Anwar cannot pass Dewan rakyat vote?

So many questions…

How much earning only consider RICH in malaysia.

I saw many people complaining T20 earn a lot.. and i google T20 = household income RM15k +/-

Speaking of such, i fall into this category. BUT i do not live luxury / having luxury lifestyle / own fancy car / own fancy houses..

I have 2 children, living in less than $600k house, drive honda ( Both hsuband and wife) and we dont buy luxury / branded goods, no gambling etc..

I do control my monthly spending and expenditure and have decent savings. I do have some investment as well.

WHY I DONT FEEL RICH AT ALL ? I even think 3 months before spending 5k for an iphone.

To me, the RICH / Comfortable level of Household income should be AT LEAST more than 30k/ month.

Malaysia should categories B50, M40, T10 , as i think Most of the elite are T10

Flood Insurance

What does a flood insurance cover? Recently my house area got heavy rain, the water NEARLY came into my house.. My questions is, if i buy the flood insurance, does it cover the tiles damage ?

I forsee next time when the rain is very heavy / nonstop for 1 whole day. WAter might comes into my house, but it WONT be very serious like those Kelantan house, where water cover rooftop etc.. At most, maybe 3 inches high & Part of the house only..

Do i need to buy insurance in this case?

Acccident and insurance claim

i involve in an accident and car was sent to panel insurance work shop.

After a week the workshop worker tell me my car can Claim total loss from insurance. And the workshop ask me to pay rm2000 for runner fee. As they didn't earn a single cent from this job..

My question is should I pay them? How much is the market rate for this kinda job

Hi lyn, i would like to know how much budget should i estimate before i start Furnishing my hse.

1) Only a little bit of wet works to be done ( Kitchen, piping)
2) I will only furnish 3 place, Kitchen, Living room and Master bedroom.. Other rooms will be furnish few years later

What i intend to buy / furnish
1) FULL Kitchen cabinet + worktop + Shelf everything...
2) Furnish dry kitchen area, living room
3) Build in cabinet for master room + Furnishing master room
4) Lightning
5) Electrical appliances

Kitchen cabinet approx 15 FT
Master Bedroom cabinet approx 16 FT..

Why Govt keep protecting Developers

WHY?? Why do govt KEEP ON protecting / implementing different PLANS to help the Developer sell their UNSOLD unit?

It frustrates me why GOVT keep implementing HOC to help the developer .. This move only BENEFIT the developer and they continue making HUGE PROFIT from it..

GOVT SHOULD NOT INTERVENE the property market tbh, Let these greedy developer suffer for unsold units! Overpriced unit will not be sell / taken by the market.. developer would not dare to OVERCHARGE us! BUT WHY GOVT KEEP ON IMPLEMENTING measured like HOC to help these developer!?

Many developers were having difficulty selling their unit not because the market demand.. it's because they build OVERPRICED unit + LOUSY WORKMANSHIP.. Then, govt decide to implement HOC for these developer to clear their inventory, lousy finishing, overpriced unit suddenly become "affordable" / "Cheaper".. Which in another word, forcing people to buy them! IF they dont buy within this period of time, they are afraid next time need to pay stamping fee etc.. (afraid of losing)

Hence, all the lousy workmanship unit, overpriced unit got SOLD / UNLOADED to end user. We suffer from this, buying what we dont want.

Why i bring this up? Because i bought a condo at pj when i was 30+ , 300K condo was a decent priced range back then.. Now that i wan to sell this condo and move to a bigger unit (kids grew up, they need their personal space and personal room) i find it DIFFICULT to sell my condo. Many came to view and they liked it, impressed how clean my condo is, how well i maintained it.. Even the agent like to sell my unit because i really sell base on BANK VALUATION and the condition is tip top.. However, after viewing , they usually turn to developer and buy a MORE EXPENSIVE unit ..

REASON?
HOC, FREE stamping
FREE LAWYER FEE
0 DOWNPAYMENT

It frustrates me as how can govt keep helping these developer where they are making tons of profit building highly densed condo ?? Why cant govt allow HOC to be implement on SUBSALE unit as well?? a small family like me would like to sell our GOOD CONDITIONED Unit to upgrade to a bigger house but it is just IMPOSSIBLE.

I wonder why the rich keep protected by govt?

Now they implement hoc again, developer cAn sell their lousy / stucked inventory again due to free stamping fee etc

Implement 0 rpgt is just to let ppl have false thinking that they are helping the property seller but in fact it's not helping. Buyer will always turn to developer due to hoc. So it's not helping the secondary market, my aunty is trying to sell her 300k condo due to this covid, (she needs cash to pay her supplier).

But I doubt she will be able to sell due to hoc which only benefit developer only, why cannot hoc introduced to the secondary market ??
