HELP PLEASE!

A-Level student here. I planned to take Business as my 4th subject. But now my department head told me that I won't be able to register for that subject. He asked me to self-study. I'm so lost now. What can I do? I tried to find for private tutor but I can't find any. Is there any A-Level private tutor here? Is Business a good subject for self-study? I have friends who took their AS and got their results recently. Most of them didn't do very well. Some of them even fail. They fail even they have lecturer to guide them what about me who need to self-study. Is 3 subjects sufficient to get scholarship?

Currently I am planning to take A-Levels. But now, I am having dilemma in choosing college. I am choosing between KDU Penang and DISTED. Or do anyone have better suggestions on which college I should go for my A-Level? But preferably in Penang. Anyone can provide me with any advise?? Please. I really need help from all of you.

A Level or UniMAP

I was planning to take my A level at KDU Penang. But yesterday when I check UPU, I was offered diploma in Kejuteraan Pembuatan at UniMAP. Is Kejuteraan Pembuatan = Manufacturing Engineering??? I am having a dilemma on choosing between A level in KDU or diploma at UniMAP??? Anyone can help me?
