Dear /k sifus please advice

Someone used my public bank account to do an online transaction and used RM100 to buy some shit. I've never revealed my details or gave anyone anything related to my account.

Worst part is I never received any TAC number to confirm the transaction, just a SMS notification saying that a purchase was made. Broke ass student here so I could use some advice.

Should I call them or just go to a nearby public bank?

Any chance I get my money back?

Edit 1 : I'm using a debit card

Update : Tried calling customer service last night was left on hold for forever, so I decided sleep since I have class at 8. Went to the nearest public bank branch after class and told them about my case. They said it will take up to 2 weeks to investigate and my money might be returned. So in the end I just replaced my debit card with a new one

Protein Intake

Dear sifus,

I'm new to bodybuilding and since I couldn't get the amount of proteins I need from natural food source my buddy advised me to get whey protein. I did my research and most sources tells me that I need about 180g grams of protein( 1g per pound of bodymass ). Right now i'm consuming 2 scoops in the morning and 1.5 scoops in the night. Each scoops has 28g of protein so i get about 100g from it. My question is whether I'm depending too much on the whey powder and if its going to screw my kidneys up or if its perfectly safe for me to consume them. I workout 6 days in a week if that helps
