need some recommendations

I've seen many good laptops around here and I just wondering which one is the best for a casual gamer like me. I have my old laptop but it does not perform well, so I think i'm going to buy a new one.

Budget: less than 3k
Brand: Any (Asus or MSI is preferable)
Purpose: College work and some games (mostly Dota 2 and Phantasy Star Online 2, might want to go for high settings if can)
Size: 14" or 15.6" (i think having a numpad would be better i guess?)
Processor: i5 or i7 if there is any laptop that is less than RM3k
RAM: 4Gb since i'm not a multimedia user
Storage: 1TB HDD

Any recommendations would be gladly apreciated. Thank you
