60 years above and convert to contract staff

My HR manager passed her 60th birthday last year.
But she diam diam didn't highlight to big boss that she reached retirement age.
Our practice for staffs who reach 60 yo is sending out appraisal and wait for their HOD recommendation to have either contract or termination.
However she purposely not mentioning about her case.
I think she feels threatened if her employment is converted to contract basis (bcos she's nothing but a single old wretch?!)
As her staff, we really don't know how to bring this up. As a HR manager she should be a role model, right?!
We really hate her and can't wait for her retirement. Recently, her sick behavior is getting worse! Me working with her coming to 4 years!

Applying jobs but not answering calls

Why some people applied for jobs but didn't answer call?

We are a very fast responding employer. I call at least 3 times per day, the candidate don't even have the courtesy to call back? Even so, I dropped them email but no reply. I assume they are not really interested to look out or seeing other jobs now. But is my job to get to talk to them and schedule for interview. These people are giving me a hard time.

Are you this kind of people or do you know what they're thinking? Share you thoughts.

I am an amateur photographer with 7 years experience. I promise to do a pre-wedding casual couple photoshoot for my friend and her fiance. One session during golden hour -- I will provide the concept, ideas and post-processing. If you were an amateur, how much you would/ usually charge?
