Gaming Monitor Recommendations

Dear Sifus,

Am looking to change my monitor.

I am currently running on old school pc setup:-

CPU: i5-6600K
GPU: GTX1060
Games: Apex, D2, NBA, FIFA, but mostly D2.

To start, I am now looking at spec:-

Type: IPS
Resolution: 1080p
Refresh: 144Hz
Response: 1-5 ms
Size: 24" or 27"

Budget: +/- 1000 MYR.

Do advise if my setup is capable of running the spec I am looking at, and possibly some model recommendations.

1) Currently being offered two loans, MBB & PBB (both same insured amount), details as below:-

MBB - 4.45 % = 3.25 + 1.2% ; 3-years lock-in; MRTA MYR 15,452; Semi-flexi; Charge MYR25 per withdrawal; 35 years tenure
PBB - First year 4.35 % = 3.77 + 0.58%, Subsequent years 4.45% = 3.77 + 0.58%; 3-years lock-in; MRTA MYR 16,800; Semi-flexi; Charge MYR50 per withdrawal; 35 years tenure

Please enlighten me which is better? or which to choose?

2) Tax exemption for 1st home buyer

RPGT exemption once per life time exemption - can I choose which property to be exempted (say future I bought another property) or it must be the first property sold?

MOT stamp duty exemption for 1st home buyer for property value 300k - 1mil - promotion period is 1st January 2019 to 30th June 2019, so if I signed S&P on these date but the property will only be ready for MOT in 2020, am I entitled?

Low FPS <Sifu Please Help>

Hi all,

Recently, I built my new rig (Newbie here), the specs are as below:-
1) CPU - i5-6600k
2) Mobo - ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming Aura
3) RAM - Corsair LPX 8x2GB 2166GHz
4) WD 1TB HDD
5) PNY 250GB SSD
6) PSU - SuperFlower Silver 650W
7) Case - Corsair 270R
8) Corsair H45 Cooler
9) GPU - GIGABYTE GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 3GB

Running on Window 10 64bit.

So my problem is this, I played dota 2 on ultra setting with screen resolution 1920x1080, but I only get 20+ fps even after I optimized and updated the driver. Even on basic setting, the highest fps I get is 70+.

Sifu, please advice me.
