Migration of Wuhan people

The mayor of Wuhan Xian Wang Zhou has revealed that there are 5 millions managed to escaped from Wuhan before lockdown. Since these people might be carriers of the 2019 nCov, how could we trace the movements of these escaped 5 millons?

According to hk01, they have found out that the city of Wuhan has gone up to no 9 a day before the lockdown(23/01/2020) on the list of "top cities people are moving out in China" by using the Baidu migration map. Previosly Wuhan was at the position of 11-13 before 10/01/2020. On the same day 22/01/2020, top 10 cities that people are moving in are:

1.ChongQing
2.Chengdu, Sichuan province
3.Beijing
4.Guangzhou, Guangdong province
5.ZhouKou, Henan province
6.Xi'an, Xiaxi province
7.Fuyang, Anhui province
8.Maoming, Guangdong province
9.Yancheng, Jiasu province
10. XuZhou, Jiangsu province

These data are only applicable to China locally but how about the movements of Wuhan people globally? Especially in Malaysia, how much people from the escaped 5 millions are around us right now?

Hi guys,I want to ship 2 empty red bull can that was obviously less than 1 kg to Norway to my friends but it would cost me RM100+ to do that via poslaju shipping service .I saw people on ebay selling poker cards in Malaysia internationally but the shipping fee they need is just 4 us dollar . How can they do that? by birds ? Do you guys know how to solve my problem now? Any solution would be much appreciated .
