Early lease termination

Hi,

My lease agreement with tenant is for 2 years and I have also paid 2 months of rental (agent fee) to agent as its a 2 years lease. If my tenant intended to terminate the lease early, let's say a year, should the agent refund one month of agent fee back? If tenant notified 2 months before termination, should I refund the deposit?

My friend recommended me a business proposal. Her friends are incorporating a firm to provide accounting and secretarial services. They are looking for an MIA member to sign their secretarial documents. I believe they are looking for a company secretary. So basically what I need to do is sign the documents and they will pay me per signature, etc.

What do you guys think? Basically I'm just concern about the liabilities I might get into. I'm not really familiar with these secretarial services.

Just started my 6 months contract job with a large MNC. Received a call from another company offering me a permanent position. The pay is slight lower than the contract job as usually for contract, they will pay higher cuz no bonus and allowances. Don't feel its nice to quit the job less thn 2 weeks....what do you think?

FYI, i am planning to join the audit line and plan to work in big four Penang.
