Budget: RM2000(and below)

good SOC for multitasking(not for gaming)
extra point if storage is expandable

used for social media/youtube/browsing, no gaming.

hi sifus, need help.
this evening my pc suddenly shut off, the monitor went black and the case/cpu fan stopped, but all peripherals still on with light on the mobo..unable to restart so i switch off the main power, afterthat try to switch on my pc, after pressing power button, the fan spinning for a second then stopped, pc also wont start...
