In the second year, the job rotation will provide Young Aspiring Leaders with opportunities to be exposed to a wide range of job scope ranging from front-line roles of Business Development, Advisory, and Client Services to back office roles of Business Management, Analytics, Internal Audit and Business Risk &amp;amp; Control.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Learning, Development &amp;amp; Support&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Over the course of the 24 month programme, you will:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;·       Receive structured classroom training focusing in financial industry and management skills that will equip you with the right skills to succeed&lt;br /&gt;·       Develop your knowledge in Financial Crime Compliance&lt;br /&gt;·       Have hands-on experience by job rotation within the Business/ Function&lt;br /&gt;·       Have the opportunity to train and work with industry experts, gaining insights into HSBC’s distinct strengths in the financial services industry&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Business Areas&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;•       Retail Banking and Wealth Management&lt;br /&gt;•       Commercial Banking&lt;br /&gt;•       Global Banking and Markets&lt;br /&gt;•       HSBC Amanah&lt;br /&gt;•       Finance&lt;br /&gt;•       Human Resources&lt;br /&gt;•       Remediation Office&lt;br /&gt;•       HSBC Operations, Services and Technology (HOST)&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Qualifications&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Requirements&lt;br /&gt;Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (OR Second Class Upper or equivalent)&lt;br /&gt;Fresh graduates / graduates with 1-2 years work experience&lt;br /&gt;Active involvement in extra-curricular activities&lt;br /&gt;Experience in leadership roles and involvement in community services will be an added advantage&lt;br /&gt;Fluent in English, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills&lt;br /&gt;Ambitious, driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment&lt;br /&gt;Malaysian or individual with legal right to work in Malaysia</description>
