Hypoglycemia

from time to time, i will experienced random of these symptoms:

shaking hands, trembling, sweating, dizziness and sudden hunger..

and I searched the web and found out that it was hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.

Anyone here having the same experience like I do? and do you consult doctor? or u have ur own
solution? mind share?

Problem: mobo Msi P67-C45 and AtiRadeon HD 6950 spoilt (Processor: i5 2500 2ndGen)

Question: should I find back the parts(second hand) or upgrade evertything?

Unable to save the public key to text file. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?Especially this part,
