Whats the current rate for labour for tiling nowadays? was quoted around 32k for floor and wall , only labour for 4 toilets, whereas floor tiling cost me 78k, for 220m2

Illegal parking fees collector

For those familiar with the place beside Midvalley, there's two empty land beside Menara MBMR, and everyday there's one bangla and one indian guy collect RM 7/entry for parking, they dont provide receipt and I suspect they might be operating illegally. I did some calculations based on the number of cars that parked there everyday, at least 150 - 200 cars on the weekdays, take average 180 cars*RM 7 = RM 1260 per day, imagine how much they earned in a month. Now they even claim other empty places nearby that area as theirs. I want to report them to the authorities, who should I report them to ? Sometimes I see vehicles that are parked beside the road which is not in their 'parking area', he will ask the DBKL to saman all the cars in a way to force them to park inside their parking spaces.

I just joined the company for 8 months , and I have only 2 years + experience in the industry, my team is small which is only 3 person and since my company is expanding, my tech lead need someone to lead the current team i am in.. He wanted me to go for it and pushing me as the team lead. But..

1. I dont have experience in leading the team as what we are doing now is like a rotation team lead where everyone takes turn to lead every month.
2. One of my team member has more or less 6-7 years experience in the field and he is consider a senior but he's the laid back kind of person. moving at a much slower pace compare to me hence the reason he wanted me to take charge
3. What will be the senior's perspective if someone less experienced and just joined not even for a year is able to take the role and lead while he's been here for a year + but still stuck on that level.
4. Salary range wise, my senior/ team member is almost 2x my salary currently but management say they will adjust but not sure by how much, i heard it might be 25% and above (not confirmed yet)

What i think is that , i feel the heavy responsibilities of being the lead but sometimes come to think of it why give yourself a heavier responsibilities and workload where I dont have to be worried about so much things in the position i am in currently.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 6): Taiwan-based La Kaffa International Ltd, the franchisor of Chatime beverage outlets, will terminate its contract with its sole Malaysian franchisee due disagreement on royalty and ingredient sources.

La Kaffa chairman Henry Wang said the company would terminate its contract with Loob Holdings Sdn Bhd with immediate effect. Wang said La Kaffa would assume management of all Chatime stores in Malaysia.

"Food and beverage products can easily be substituted. Businesses must continue to reinvent themselves by introducing new brands and products based on market demand to attract customers," he said at a press conference here today.

Malaysia is Chatime's largest international market in revenue terms. Wang said Malaysian stores accounted for half of Chatime's revenue from international markets.

La Kaffa entered the Malaysian market in 2008. According to Chatime's website, the frachise was founded in 2005.

Today, there are over 800 Chatime outlets across countries, including China, Australia and the U.S., the website indicated.

She just broke up 8 months ago, we got quite close for the past 2 months, everything is going fine, I can feel that she has feeling for me and shes putting some effort but yet holding back at the same time. She told me she cant really commit in a relationship for now as she feels that its quite a burden to her due to her previous relationship, she feels that shes abit selfish cause she cant give much more effort compare to me during the courting phase and she doesnt want commitment for now cause.

This is the 2nd time in 3 years im going for her so should i wait abit longer or ignore her for a while to see for her reaction ? I'm also dating another girl right now.

There's this girl that I tried to go for her years ago but i did not succeed as she chose the other guy instead. Hence I moved on and lived my life.

Fast forward today, we got close again but recently she started to hesitate for awhile as she told me she felt guilty for hurting me back then and shes afraid that she might hurt me again and the thought of that makes her uncomfortable at times.

Is there ways to help letting her guard down, as of now, i'm trying to convince her that what past is past and she should just forget what had happened as i didnt blame her back then.

I tried moving on, date different girls out but every time I'm out with them, my mind is with her, I felt uneasy every time. We've never been together but we've reach a point where we were almost together but at the moment when i come into the picture she just broke up with her ex, she was in a dilemma as her ex tried really hard to get her back so in the end she chose her ex but after half a year they broke up for good.

I fall for her 3 years ago, actually waited 2 years (she was in a relationship) to get close with her but later on she got back with her hex and now another year had passed, I kinda feel that I'm still waiting for her , every year during valentine and her bday, i will sent flower to her office, during the last valentine, she texted me and ask me dont waste money anymore.

Should I try my luck again or should i just move on for good ? I'm the person that will only move on when that person tell me she wont have feelings for me or she hates me cause I think staying as a friend will do no good as it wont make the situation better.

We falled for each other but due to some reasons we didnt end up together and she got back with her ex. I still have deep feelings for her after a year, she had just broke up at the start of this year, we do still keep in contact but not so often like we used to.

Had a crush on her 2 years ago but she just started her relationship at that time so I didnt really want to bother her and intervene her relationship so I just keep my own feelings to myself, we remained as friends along the way.

Two years gone, and she had a breakup two months ago thou not a clean one but she really did want to end it. I didnt knew they broke up but since then we got closer and closer, even to a point where we act like a couple, she did tell me she just broke up a couple of months ago hence she needs some time to really forget about her ex cause sometimes things that we do, places that we go, tend to flash inside her mind. She feels that there's a gap in between me and her and she cant really commit 100% I told her to take her time and remain like this until she feels comfortable with it and let me know. She cares about me and tend to write letters about her own feelings about me but she did mention about her ex is still trying to patch things up with her. She feels very comfortable with me and tend to forget about her problem and have fun everytime shes out dating with me.

She's a soft hearted person where she would not like to hurt other feelings and that is one of the reason why she cant be together with me at that point cause her ex will think that she betray him and getting into a relationship so quickly right after the break up. But then, the ex kept trying to patch things up and the funny thing is that he even mention to give her his blessing if she's happy with me. That made her feel very guilty and have the urge to get back with him. This is where shes stuck in between two person.

Shes really stress with her work already and this had really made her even stress cause she really cant decide. So she decided enough is enough and call it that both she wont choose, she needs some time and privacy alone to really think about her feelings again towards me cause she scared she make the wrong decision again in the last relationship, she doesnt know whether she feel touch about everything i had done for her and like me or she really like me. She told me to leave her alone and think and not to go for dates or late night chatting like what couple does cause she feels that if we get even closer she wont know shes making the right decision a not cause she cant think clearly.

She thinks that choosing either one will lead to one side to be hurt and she cant bear to see both sides being that way hence she needs the time and space. She ask me to go with the flow and see how the future will be.

I'm lost , all i think of now is im afraid of the feelings she had for me will fade away as time goes by.

She already dont have any feelings for her ex since half a year ago but due to her ex not being here for the past 6 months, she cant break up with him officially hence breaking up with him officially after he had returned to Malaysia.

Back in April, she was dating with me and both of us have mutual feelings for each other then the ex return on May and wanted to patch things up with her but feelings were already not there anymore so the relationship ended.

Both of us were dating for some time and then she feels uneasy at the same time cause she just broke up recently and afraid of what people might say about her, gossip about her for being a playgirl cause she could change feelings for a person so fast hence she wants both of us to take it slowly or at the same , date less cause whenever she goes on a date with me, her memory with her ex is still there and hence bothering her n feeling uneasy. She knows that both of us are beyond the boundary between friends but at the same time shes having this dilemma of only being a relationship with him after she could forget about her ex.

Complicated situation

Guy A is girl V's ex. Girl V doesnt have feeling anymore for Guy A. Broke up a few times and get back together due to Guy A always do romantic stuffs to her. She's being soft hearted although she knew she doesnt have feelings anymore but she felt guilty and sorry cause she doesnt want to hurt him.

Then there is Guy J , who has feelings for V and vice versa. V cant be together with J because she doesnt want guy A to think that she betrayed him so guy J and V remains in the zone where she likes J but cant be together with him because she scare she will hurt guy A alot.

Guy A and girl V actually broke up a few months ago but everything is unsettled due to guy A is from Korea and will only travel back next week but she really wanted to end this, its just that shes being indecisive, she also mentioned that shes afraid of being soft hearted and get back together with guy A again.

p/s: reason for the break up is that guy A is a nice guy but a person that does not plan for the future, always playing around

Confused state of mind

I met her 3 years ago at a nearby gym, and later on only i know that we actually live in the same neighborhood and studied in the same high school previously. We were chatting on fb and slowly getting to know each other day by day hence i started to develop feelings for her. At that time, I wasn't aware that a Korean guy from her Uni was very close with her hence she got together with the Korean guy. At that moment, to be honest i was abit disappointed but at the same time i wish her the best of luck with korean guy. Hence knewing there were literally no hope for me, I tried moving on, continuing my life without thinking about her but i couldnt do so. We lost contact for a half a year but later on we met again at the gym . She was happy with the korean guy at that time and i was happy for her as she found someone she cherished so much. Later on we still do contact each other once a while as I don't want to disturb her and her boyfriend at that time.

3 years had past and I had tried few relationships as it all ended quickly due to myself not able to forget about her. I stayed single for some time as I do not want to hurt anyone because i know i will only treat other girl as a rebound. And recently, we started working and due to my company's benefit, i get alot of free movie passes hence I always share with my friends around. Then i decided to give her some since her favorite pass time is to watch movies. walked to her house and passed the movie passes to her . at the same time, we chat for 45mins infront of her house. I tried to ask indirectly about her status with the Korean guy as i saw she posted their photos past few week in the instagram but she just smiled at me, didnt gave me an answer, i think she feel uncomfortable when i mention about her boyfriend so i didnt pressure her about it anymore.

Later on we got close. chatting everyday. care for each other. we went exercise together, had movie dates with her as she told me that there's no one to watch movie with all the passes i gave her hence i think that she broke up with the guy a few months back. So i mustered all my courage and decided to move one step forward, gave her hints and all the while it was fine until one day she told me not to be too happy and told me that shes not a person that i will expect her to be and the suddenly she say she wanna tell me about something, something she said she will feel awkward if she dont tell me. I ask her to tell after work as i dont want to lose focus on my work. At that moment, I knew that the writing is on the wall, prepared for the worst to happen. But then later on, she's like totally forget about it and continue to care for me later that night as i was jogging under the rain.

I really dont understand what is she thinking currently as i dont know what to do. I feel that if i continue treating the way im currently, she will distance herself from me but at the same time shes trying to be close with me
