hello, i having a old pc and i plan to upgrade my old pc that can playable on 2014 below pc games with 1600x900 high or ultra resolutions, but i confuse with my 2 option............

Option 1:buying a sec/refurbished gtx750/ti with low power consumption on my PSU
(This option should be ok but this kind of gpu is still consider as the entry level gpu maybe not smooth on the AAA pc games)

Option 2:Buying a reliable and good quality of entry level PSU with around rm 260 below...
(This option will be more future proof, but i also need to consume a
lot of time to save the money for buying a good used/refurbished
gpu at next time)

here is my old pc rig

CPU: i3 4160
GPU: intel Hd 4400...
RAM: 4gb ram
HDD: 1TB laptop HDD........
PSU: Imperion(Cap Ayam Brand) 500watt
Monitor: 19 inch LED monitor

may i ask for anybody which option that i should choose about it or can given a extra suggestion for me ?

Computer repeating to start no monitor screen

Computer start with 5 second and no monitor screen then shutdown immediately after the 2 second the motherboard automatically will start again . Always repeat back again still cannot start with normally. I test with another psu but still same problemhow to solve it ?
