Property assessment tax info and estimation

Dear sifus,

May I ask your expertise and advise on how to check property tax?
After reading some info from internet, it seems to be 4% of rental yield. Is there any way to estimate the tax or check the current pending payment?

Additonal info: property in Penang, don't have MBPP property tax account number and could not check mail box.
