Background check after signing offer letter

Need advice, after signed offer letter there is a background check required. Should I wait everything to cleared before tendeing my resignation? Or should I just send in my resignation letter?

In dilemma, I have few days only to send in the resignation letter as the new company need me to start in next year Jan.

So here's my story.

Met this girl through online and started chating to get know her. Before our first met, we chatted through the whole day and get pretty well along like we just clicked together.

And so we decided to meet up for the very first. The first date was good nothing bad, just felt like in process of being couple.

The problem here though, after the few days of our date, thing started to get weird, out of sudden she went cold on me. Before this, I'll get her message instaly but now it just getting late and late. It's been week she went cold on me like that.

Anyone of you guys experienced this?

Right here my problem:
I have to extract every digit from a number
Ex:1234 -->1,2,3,4

Then I have to convert it to text form.
How do I do it ?

Job Contract Termination

Hey guys,just wanna know about this job contract,not very sure about it.

So here my question:I can terminate my contract during probation cause around next two months I'll be going back to studies.And if the contract can be terminate during probation,do I have to pay any penalty or what so ?

Please help !
