Can't Access Router Page

Ok Here Goes:

Problem:
As stated at topic title, I could not access router config page with my main notebook (IBM). Currently 2 notebooks (Aspire WLMI 2000 and IBM T60) connected to the wireless network, 1 Nintendo Wii and Sony Ericcson P1i occasionally. I'm quite certain the problem lies in the IBM's network setting itself as I could successfully access the router page with Acer notebook and SE P1i.

Action Taken:
Before I knew that other devices could be able to access the router I had already;
-Disable both window and bitdefender firewall and access the router's config page
-Tried to access the router page thru 192.168.2.1, 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.0 and numerous other addresses
-Access the setup page thru wireless connection and thru LAN cable with all network slots available (4 in total)
-Check the gateway address thru ipconfig /all in command DOS; it was 192.168.2.1 and still is
-Repair the network connection.
-Ipconfig /release and Ipconfig /renew in the command DOS
-Reset and turning off the modem.
-Reset the router to factory setting (push the reset button more than 10 sec) and repeat all the above.

Help needed to regain access to the router page with this notebook@IBM before I decided to format the PC and retry again as the last resolve.
