Advise needed on income tax filling

Hi all,

Anyone from law background, can you advise what if we claimed a rebate during income tax filling, for example claim rebate on purchase of electronics product in online shopping.

after that returned the items and get full cash refund. If i do this, is this considered cheat?

Hi /k,

Was thinking to get back into gaming, but my budget very tight so can only decide either one.

What do you suggest?

Pc pro
1. Can get older game for cheap during steam sale
2. Can upgrade later part by part
3. Can play strategy game that do not supported by console (the sims, dota)
4. Dont have to pay extra to play multiplayer (except the stupid DLC)
5. If too poor, can just piraxxe game

Cons
1. Graphic card gonna rape my wallet every year
2. Unrealistic system requirements for newer title release.
3. Tend to get problem after few years (GC kaput, mobo short circuit, PSU terbakar)
4. Need to have technical knowledge (this shouldnt be problem as I can google/youtube) but still a leceh thing for me.

Ps4 pro
1. Can upgrade to VR
2. Insert dics & play no need install, check system requirements, tweak here & there, update driver.

Cons
1. Game is expensive. Imagine 1 title cost 200, buy 10 games that's RM 2k more than the price of console itself
2. Want play multiplayer need to pay PSN fee.

My budget is not more than 2.3k for building pc (including cheap ass 20' monitor). Less is better as I'm earning peanut and very poor in real life. So this is the specs I had in mind

PSU - 225 (from lazada)
MOBO - 250 (biostar mobo chipset 1151 from lazada)
GC - 575 (gtx 1050 asus PH from Lazada)
RAM - 263 (8 GB DDR 3)
CASING - 89 (Un-branded from lazada)
HDD - 215 (1 TB from lazada)
PROC - 380 (i3-6100) used i3 proc saw in garage sales
MONITOR - 250 (some cheap used 20' i saw in gs)

=$2247

Meanwhile for PS4, i can just buy from lazada without headache to source the part by part and play immediately

So what do you think?

So I have a relative who is in a toxic relationship with her gf. Right now this person has been together for more than a year, but have some on and off.
They broke up once for few months, but then continued the relationship due to both of them still loved each other very much.

According to him, those few months being single was the most difficult period in his life. He was depressed, suicidal, lost confidence and become a
daily weed smoker just to ease the pain of not being together. So he decided to continue the relationship despite knowing that he was cheated many times.

Actually the girl truly loves my cousin. It was genuine. The 'cheating' part was because this girl do fl on several occasions to get some cash.
They broke up earlier due to the girl finally confessed of doing fl then after few months, they get back together and the girl promised to never do fl again,
but recently my cousin caught her again red handed.

So now my cousin has finally accepting the fate that if it's the case, then be it. He loves the girl unconditionally and have to accept the hard truth that her gf is sharing her p*ssy with several mens. He can't call off the relationship because he did before, and felt terrible. Want find new gf also cannot as he no hensem and salary no 20k and that girl was his first love and the only one foolish enough to accept him for who he is.

So how? To stay in the relationship and be happy being together(with the fact that the girl might do overnight on some occasions) or just end the relationship?
I heard my cousin told me this story is so f*cked up dude
Lucky I'm single no need to deal with this bullshit.....

Planning to go Genting

I want to go Genting, coz never went there before.
So basically I have few questions before going there.

1. My car can drive up hill or not? Sked overheat or brake exhausted later. Coz its only myvi 1.3. and what gear to use when ascending and descending the hill?
I've been driving manual before this so dunno difference between D, 2, 3 I only use D,P,R and N only.. any tips?

2. If go on weekdays (monday or tuesday) have jam or packed or not?

3. What other activities to do coz now theme park kolos. Indoor theme park syiok or not? snow world ok?

4. If i go with the nons, can I follow enter casino or still need to check for id?

Plan to sleep 1 night there. Resort world seems like a bargain can get RM 90 per night.

So we met, go eat talk like usual. Then inside the car she already touch2 my didi, seduce me.
I straight away book room at agoda in advance and was expecting can berzina that night.....

So long story short, I am now sleeping alone in my hotel room. Just wasted RM 100 for nothing..

The stock market has been falling recently and many investors are suffering losses. Of course those who have lost money feel miserable and do not know what to do. Some have margin calls and are forced to sell.
I wish to share with you my experience of making money when stocks sink and soar. Remember, after every crash the market will soar again. It is not the end of the world.
No share can go up or down indefinitely, for whatever reason. What goes down will come up again. What comes down rapidly will also rebound rapidly.
In 1983 when China gave notice to the British government to take back Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index dropped below 1,000. Almost all the investors rushed to sell their shares and properties.

This was the first time I started share investment seriously. I identified a few really undervalued stocks. For example, Hong Kong Reality and Trust Ltd fell from $13.50 to $3.50 but each share had a cash value of about $10.
I traded with Kaiser Stocks and Shares Ltd which offered me a margin finance at 5 percent interest. When China gave Britain an extension of 50 years’ lease, the market rebounded and HKRT jumped up to $13.50 overnight. Within a year I made enough money to buy 46 percent of Kaiser Sticks and Shares Ltd. Today the Hang Seng Index is 18,318.

You can learn the following lessons:
Never fall in love with the shares you have bought. You must sell, as profit is not a dirty word. Unless you sell, you have no money to buy back.
Never buy up to maximum margin limit. Always allow room for safety.
Do not be afraid to buy when people are rushing to sell.
I recommend you read ‘Crash Profits’ by Martin Weiss, who founded Weiss Research, an investment newsletter publisher in Florida.
Ooi Teik Bee, who is managing RM15 million for me, has a system based on financial and technical analysis which will be very useful. He also conducts training programmes and publishes a newsletter.

[WTA] Resume for experienced worker

I'm currently working as an executive for more than a year in electrical and instrumentation section in this company. This is the job I got straight out of university.

Currently due to worse economy and low oil prices which had impact on many industries, my company is forced to stop production and I think this company won't last long. There have been rumor that staffs will be forced to take unpaid leave indefinitely due to stingy management don't want to pay compensation.

I have been applying for numerous job that relevance to my experience and study but I have yet to receive anything. I'm planning to take on the job as customer service officer which pays well for someone who can communicate English proficiently and I am OK with salary less than current as long as I have a job.

So since my experience is in technical field and I'm applying for totally unrelated job, my question is do I need to put on my current work in the resume? Won't I be overqualified for this job aimed at fresh grad? I don't mind starting over as my main objective is getting a job to pay my debts.

Tldr: Work in technical field, want to change to non-technical do I put my current work in my resume or just leave a blank gap?

Dating massage girl

I have been dating a thai massage girl that I knew from.. Well you know how we met.. It have been going for about 4 months now.
At first I was skeptic about her sincerity but she seems genuinely interested and love me very much.
She knows I don't make much money (which is opposite to what most thai women want in men) and loves me anyway.
I must say the society stigma is not good because of her work, but trust me she only did hj. I knew because i've been long time
customer to that MP and they don't provide more than hj to their customers..

She plans on quiting the job and marry me once I've saved up enough and convince my ultra-conservative family to take her.
Is she worth the wait?
Probably gonna take 3-5 years.

In the meantime I truly enjoy being with her. She may has her temper sometimes, but she is quick to cool down.

Do you think a relationship with women with unorthodox profession will work? Have you had any experience?

Single vs In a relationship

I am 23 this year and just had my first girlfriend few months ago.
I know I'm a loser, 23 but only had first girlfriend but it's not entirely my fault.
Probably caused I'm ugly (genetic) and also choosy (dah la hodoh, memilih).
But I have a kind heart (that's what all the women says). I put others interests above me
and do my best to make people happy.

When I was single, I had money and can spend on whatever I like.
I don't have to worry about anything, just think of myself only.

But when in relationship, there's 'cost' like dating, gifts, eating out etc.
I had less money to spend for myself and 'self-rewarding' as the nature of any relationship
is well, sharing is caring. I also have to constantly worry if my girlfriend is cheating on me,
whether she has grew bored of me and all my efforts are all going to vain eventually.

But to go back to the life of single man, it's so depressing. Everynight alone, with no one to care
if I even wake up the next morning or mourn my death. I also lost confidence as I view myself as worthless prick who
is only a shame to the human species.

I thought life is better with relationship, but it's actually has its downside. Not all rainbow and fairy tale.

So I guess this is life. You lose some, you gain some.
What about you?

Question for lazada merchandiser

I've seen a lot of items sold on lazada are ridiculously priced and they make up for that as 'discount' so as to appear cheaper (but still expensive compared to market value).
But with coupon, you can get ridiculous discount that way below market value.
Of course I understand this is the case with most items that sold & fulfilled by lazada as they might absorb it or something, but how about 3rd party merchandise?

I placed an order for samsung s4 (import) from 3rd party merchandiser and the seller put price RM 890, but with coupon it got down to RM 756.
Now I checked with other sites, the lowest is RM 850 for new, AP set. I still don't get the item because it has just been few days, but with buyer protection if the items turned out to be fake I can just return it so no worry here.

So how does the voucher work? Did Lazada reimburse the voucher to 3rd party merchandise when user apply the code or the seller itself has to 'absorb' the loss?
who has experience set up shop there?

Umobile speed after exceeding quota

I'm currently using maxis broadband plan RM 88/20GB and thinking to switch to Umobile for the same plan but higher quota.
I checked the map coverage and I see my area has line.

My question is after exceeding quota, what is the throttled speed? For my current maxis line it's 128kbps but I couldn't found it on the umobile website.
any current Umobile user here?

If you're familiar with Netflix, then you should know this new iflix.
Just got the invite and testing. Exactly like NETFLIX. Just hope when it's start later the subscription fee is cheap. And from what I've heard, it's better than Netflix coz you can save video for offline viewing. Useful for people with no constant access to the Internet

Software engineering and finance degree are useles

Why spend thousands for these degrees? It's just scam from university to steal your money. I don't think it's worth anything to be honest.

Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, Steve jobs was a pretty good programmer that succeed and made billions without having degree from any uni.

Warren buffet is one of the richest and successful fund manager/investor in the stock market and he achieved this without a formal education.

So ask yourselves, is these degrees worth getting?

So I have been working with this one company for 8 months now.
I got hired straight out of college.
The company gives us an Executive position.
But it seems like the job is so different than the title.

Imagine getting only 2k per month, but your job is only duduk goyang kaki..
A waste of time only because you've got no experience. All the jobs are being
outsourced to the chinaman and they only hire you to supervise technician (which as turn out, don't have any work at all).

So why bother hiring? Coz sometimes need to do kuli work, like housekeeping, repair this, that, write record not related at all to the engineering degree I had.
Been trying to find another job for months now but failed..
