Can i check what documents should i receive when my lawyer told me POT is completed?

I am still under loan from bank for my condo unit.

So is just a copy of title i should receive? ori should be to the bank.

Any other documents i should have?

Anyone know if I can use my number while in oversea if my line is inactive (e.g. no validity but still have money in the prepaid account)?

Is it the same while in Malaysia where calls / message can come in? Just that I can't make phone calls out only? Or is it totally no service at all if I am oversea?

I am using hotlink Fast plan now. There's no way to buy validity except for the RM 1 for 1 day validity right?

Back ache since ages ago

I have back ache (typically stiff shoulder, lower back) since >10 years ago. I have been to a doctor > 10 years ago and did xray on my spine, dr said nothing major, but i do have unequal leg length (1 leg longer than the other), but is not significant and doctor said is normal. Probably that's the reason why i have backaches as most of my walking, sitting and sleeping postures are wrong.
I did a few sessions of physiotherapy and find it improves minimally and I did not continue thereafter.

Nowadays, I feel the pain (or more of stiffness) is more prominent as i am working in a desk bound job. I do occasionally go for massage and that really sooth the pain but it didn't last long. I wish to look for ong term cure but don't know who to go to.

1. Chiro (tried a few sessions, probably for 2-3 months) but didn't help much and is expensive.
2. Physio (not sure if it helps and how much it will cost per session)
3. Western doctor (I am afraid nothing much he can do except prescribe pain killer)
4. Chinese traditional doctor (acupuncture? Don't know if it will help or not)

Anyone with similar condition can give some advice?

Car insurance accident claim

Hi,

I've recently involved in a car accident. I am the first car and back got bang by a middle car, but that middle car also got bang by the last car (police report already said is the last car's fault).

When I send my car to repair under authorized honda service center, they told me can claim my own insurance first, then when report is out, my insurance will off set/settle with the 3rd party insurance (so it won't affect my NCB).

I am just wondering is the 2nd car (middle car) or the last car (last car)'s insurance should I claim from? As I am claiming for lost of car usage fee too, I don't know who actually should bear for that.

forfeit tenant deposit

I have one tenant ending his tenancy agreement this month. However, when i inspect his room, i found a lot of things broken & spoiled & very dirty.

As a landlord, do I have the rights to retain part of his deposit and use the deposit to fix the unit until it is like what it was when i rented out to him in the first place?

Dividend entitlement date

Hi all,

A bit confused with ex date & entitlement date.

ex-date = 29/10
entitlement date = 31/10
entitlement time = 5pm
payment date = 14/11

Meaning i have to hold the stock until 28/10. 29/10 i can sell already?
if i buy the stock on 27/10 and sell on 29/10. Will i still entitle dividend?
What is entitlement date and time?

Recommendation needed for planting flowers/plants

I've previously try buying bought some seeds from an online store but the seeds didn't get to grow as intended (probably due to my bad planting skills/wrong plant chosen).

I wanted to plant something from scratch/seed for someone special as a gift. The plant is meant to be kept in indoor and preferably needs minimum watering as there might be times when I'm away overseas and could not water the plant for a few days (of course not during the germination period). Can anyone kindly recommend any plant/herbs like plant for me? Also preferably a small scale plant as I've gotten a nice small pot (probably like a standard cup like size).

I went to the Immigration Office (Kompleks Kementerian Dalam Negeri, KDN) at alan Duta this morning at 720am (they open at 730am) and during the queuing up process the officer said only 500 numbers will be issued daily. I thought I will have the chance to get a number but unfortunetly at 9am when i am about 30 person near the ticket number counter, they said no more number.

I don't wish to take any leave for work if possible as no more annual leave

Anyone know where is the fastest way to renew passport with the current situation of passport shortage in klang valley during non-office working hours?
