Banker to car salesman

28m, single

Currently working as sales and marketing exec for a bank in car loan department, making 3.3 basic (+1k if including claims), no commission and ot, just got confirmed not too long ago after 6 months despite figure isn't looking good

To be honest I don't see myself staying long in this role (730am to sometimes as late as 8pm most days, high target, constantly getting chased by customers and salesman even when on leave, all that and no incentive to keep pushing, getting pushed to do more from time to time), feels like the money isn't worth it given the time I put in.

Thinking of getting into p2 as salesman mainly for the commission (more drive to push for more), easier to sell, and somewhat less stress than my current job although it's still sales, and I like car stuff

I have enough savings to last me 6 months min as I expect to makan 1.5 for the first few months to build things up, only commitment is ptptn and yayasan

Wanted to know y'all thoughts, car salesman are even more welcomed to lemme know your thoughts, and feel free to roast

Not sure if I have hit a car in front

Let's say you drove 20~30kph
On a wet road
There is a car in front of you, slowing down to an intersection
You thought he's gonna turn left because there is no car on the right
And he didn't, was still in a stop

If you braked too late, and your car skidded a little
You stopped so close to the car in front
Not sure if you have hit the car in front because the skidding sound was kinda loud inside the car, and you didn't feel any "bump motion"
The car Infront seemed to look into his rear mirror for a while
The car in front didn't use double signal and continues to turn left
You turned left too
And the car turned into a Lorong, and you just drove straight

Question: is it loud when a car skids on wet road, loud enough for the car Infront to notice?

water dispenser electric consumption

Had my eyes on a Filken water dispenser, 450w electric consumption:

Anyone have heard of such brand?

Y'all who have a water dispenser at home, especially those which water dispenser's electric consumption is around 450w range, may i know how much you pay for the electric bill?

Any of you do the maintenance yourself, like buy the filter and do the installation/replacement yourself?

Any other recommendation which can be better than the water dispenser mentioned above? I'm looking for one within 1500 budget, not the monthly payment ones

Newbie learning how to code?

So i've recently (well not really recent, since 26th Jan 21, 24yo m) graduated with a Degree in Accounting and Finance, got a job that does accounting, audit and tax, only to quit couple days after because i dont like it (random panic attacks and sleepless nights, sometimes will have sudden urges want to cry). Wondering what to do with my life then a thought came across my mind, since i like techs why not try learning coding, perhaps i might like it?

Sifus got any super newbie level coding/programming class to introduce?

I just signed up for Remitano, brought some ETH and got'em converted into Cardano coins and planned to let'em sit there. Planned to kind of withdraw them out and keep it offline (dunno if it works that way) but as for now Remitano does not offer withdraw functions for ADA
Wanna know is it okay to do like that?

Attire for job application's passport photo

As the title says, i know this is kind of a stupid question but i'd really like to know your honest opinion about this
Would it be seen as being rude or not professional if i use casual attire, like a white shirt without collar, for my passport size photo which will be submitted together with the job application? Is it gonna lower my chance of getting short-listed?
Is it a must to have white background?

Is it too late to start mining Eth now?
Is it worth it to if i were to start mining Eth now, with only a 1660s gpu?
How do you calculate how much will the monthly electricity cost be, if i let the gpu run 24/7?
If any of you is mining with only one gpu, how loud and how hot is it and may i know how much is the electricity cost?
Is it possible to make sure the pc wont overheat if you let it mine at a room without ac and away from the windows, with maybe 6 or 7 pc running in the case?
Is fast internet required while mining?

Finished my final semester's final exam around a month ago, now am waiting for the results before I officially graduated with an accounting and finance degree. Feeling kinda lost atm of how should I progress from now on. Was thinking of taking Acca since with the exemptions I have around 5 papers left. At the same time I also thought of going straight for job hunting, like starting from internship first but with my low gpa (hoping to score 2.7 or 2.8 when my results are out) and literally no workplace exp or any other co curriculum exposures (these few years of degree i spend my time working out at the gym instead of joining clubs) I doubt if I can land myself a job when the economic is kinda bad atm....

Would appreciate if any of you can give me some advises, thanks!

currently 23yo (m), student
This first happened couple years ago i think, starting to feeling it got worsen when time passes.
The first time i had this, i suddenly woke up in the middle of a night and my heart beats so fast that the vibrations felt from the beatings feels so intense that i nearly panicked and scared, thought i was gonna die anytime. Took me some 5 minutes "forcing" myself to calm down and the heart beatings finally went back to normal pace, leaving me unable to fall into deep sleep for the next couple hours and of course, i woke up feeling crappy.

It happened very randomly over the years till recently i will have this kind of shortness of breath feeling where i am breathing normally, but i don't feel like I'm taking in full grasps of air. Most of the time it happened at night before bedtime and it will come with the feeling of tightness in middle of my chest. When this happens i literally cant fall asleep even when i want to, also finding myself taking very short breaths instead of "normal" breathes till the point when i find out, by the time i find myself not breathing properly my palms or sometimes my cheeks are feeling kinda numb, i had to make myself take normal breaths so that this numbness or tingling feeling will start to fade away. These "conditions" usually will last couple hours and i'm really dont know what is happening to myself.

Ah also, before what abovementioned happened, or before what abovementioned first happened, i will have random "acid reflux"? When i burp i will feel this burning sensation coming from the abdomen area, sometimes the burning sensation will radiate to my middle chest area. This also usually happens at night time near bedtime (i usually sleep around 12am to 1am). I think this got worse? When time passes after i have this acid reflux thingy? I will feel the difficulty to burp, feels like the air is stuck somewhere at lower left abdomen. When this happens i will sometimes feel some pain? in that area and when it happens during bedtime i had to wait till the air that got "stuck" there is "burped" out so i will feel better.

The symptoms will sometimes come randomly, or all the symptoms will come at once. I had sleepless night or bad quality sleeps when even one of the symptoms happens near or during bedtime. They are getting frequent and i really dont know what to do, i didnt consult my parents about it because i thought its gonna sort of "go away"....but seems like it went the opposite way.

Any suggestions? Should i go to doctor to check up?

sensitive teeth after root canal treatment

Hello, it has been a month after I completed the root canal treatment, i noticed that couple weeks after RCT till now i felt pain in the tooth when i eat hot or cold food, it ain't painful towards pressure, just towards the temperature. I honestly can't think about having a crown on it (currently having the filling after RCT) because i dont know if its the right choice given now when i eat something thats hot or very cold the pain is kinda intense and it lingers for couple seconds before going away..

Anyone with similar cases that can give me any advise?

So I had a filling on 27th June due to toothache (tooth fracture and loose filling, had that filling couple years ago and was commented a deep one)

First couple weeks were fine except sensitivity to cold foods. 2 days ago I began feeling discomfort and sensitivity towards hit foods, but I was able to sleep, but yesterday it began to hurt more and the pain was real bad when I had hot and cold foods to a point I didn't eat much, wasn't able to sleep and had to take paracetamol to sleep, and the tooth is having throbbing pain enough to had me in a easily annoyed state.

I hereby asks y'all, what should I do? Contacted the dentist and I was told to monitor the tooth for a months and go back if it got worse, but if that's the case I will have to get a month worth of paracetamols in order to sleep (am a 23 yo student, luckily started my semester break when it happened) and the tooth itself is 1st lower left molar.

I've been having my eyes set on the 9T pro since my last phone decide to die and the repair cost is just not worth it, saving money atm
As the question, is 9t pro worth its price?

How is it performing in terms of signal reception? I'm living in Kuching area of Sarawak.
Is the GPS working fine? (Digi user over here)

If the Phone is not worth the price, is there any phone of same price range can you suggest? (around ~ 1600ish)

I'm a 2014 SPM leaver, result as below :

Maths - C
Add maths - G (i am a maths idiot)
Sejarah - C
Bahasa Malaysia - C+
English - B+
Moral - B
Physics - C
Chemistry - D

I'm planning to take foundation in Business and have Swinburne as my first choice. Why this one? I know its expensive and i don't know why i can't get to have other place of choice in my mind, in which what fills my mind is "close to home" "same study place as my brother's" "better study environment" blah blah. My dad wants me to do engineering but as you can see, i'm a total math idiot and even if i get to do engineering, i would have done REALLY bad which is a waste of time and money. When i tried to tell him he immediately shot me back with ***criticism*** until i can have ****ide thoughts as if i don't have any future, then he just turn me name in form 6, which i thought "if i din't do well in SPM i still have choices but if i did really bad in STPM i would be so screwed".

Honestly i did think about trying form 6, but i really want to do either diploma or foundation (as for foundation i spend a lot of time searching for any loan on the net... without any good results till now) (diploma - am having private coll/uni as my first choice, but i live in Kuching which only Swinburne is the closest to my home... and it doesn't have diploma courses anymore)

Any advise please? i'm really no-good in "study hard" so i don't think i can do well in form 6
