Just finished my pharmacy degree in a local university and is currently waiting for the next PRP intake into hospital (if possible).
Im from east malaysia, was wondering where should i do my prp: in my hometown (Sarawak Sibu) or in larger hospitals in west malaysia.

Pros staying in hometown: near zero living expenses (since living with parents); everything is convenient

Pros going to west malaysia larger hospital like HKL, Sg. Buloh hospital: gain more experience c.a. hometown small hospital (probably?), better opportunity (probably?); see more in larger cities, for example, many pharmaceutical company in west malaysia, meet more pros (bright pharmacist or consultants) in more reputed hospital (probablly, imo)
Cons: additional expenses (around RM1500/month); need time to blend into new environment; need a

Edit: both sides salary almost same since goverment servants. maybe an additional RM300/month (Elaun tukar wilayah)

Any of you have been in both situations, i.e., a pharmacist who has worked in both east and west malaysia, or anyone who have any suggestion thatyou think might be helpful, please share with me, truly appreaciate it!
